The worst service . The guy who was on charge he was more talking at the phone than giving information, it seems that he didn't want to work. When we ask if somebody else could give service, the answer was "she is busy". Worst service ever

Ms.Gea helped with all of my initial questions to make sure I understood exactly what I was signing up for, explaining everything absolutely perfectly! Mr.Daniel made my day so much easier, even dealt with the headache AT&T people to collect my correct information that they gave me inaccurately! Mr.Stefon held good conversation while Daniel was doing his thing on the phones. A+ customer service and will be back to this location for any future phone needs. Thanks again!

At the beginning of a year we had just gotten a new phone at T-Mobile, and needed help setting it up and reviewing our account with them. We were very fortunate to be helped by a worker named Francis. She was a very kind worker and with her magical touch helped us completely set up the new phone and review our T-Mobile account with EASE !! We are extremely grateful for her patience and help, she was a True TechWizard! THANK YOU :D

I would have initially left a decent review, but the day after i purchased my new phone, i called the main corporate #, i found out about other charges that were being applied to my account. I never requested nor was I even told that the &18/month euiomemt protection coverage would be added. I'm not at all pleased that the store manager nonetheless would take that liberty without even speaking to me. Also I was told that there would be no activation charge and then there was one.All of this makes me feel extremely manipulated and I would not recommend this specific store to anyone!

It's been a while, but I thought these lazy, scammer practices were over but not here. Recently got my phone, and I literally had to ask all the questions about charges... it was a lot of "you owe.. $97...today"... I'm like for what... after a few more questions he explained it was for taxes and activation after he looked at it. Nothing was presented to me, they just said the agreement will be emailed to you. Now a week later I'm getting alerts that I signed up for Protection 360 which is $18/month, which I never asked for, talked about, nor was it every mentioned by the rep. I don't really know why I went in there, there was nothing that he did that couldn't be done online or on the phone, I just wasted my time waiting while the 2 people were with customers. Terrible terrible practice. Don't sign people up for things they didn't agree to. That's what scammers do.

Had lots of billing issues and the representatives at the store took the time to help with everything I needed. Very helpful and nice! Will be coming back whenever I have issues.
