As our little man prepares for kindergarten we are SO SAD to say goodbye (at least until next summer) to Sparkles! They have loved and cared for our son and our family from his infancy (at the Crystal City location) through childhood. We tried another preschool for a season but he was miserable and Sparkles! welcomed him back like a long-lost relative. Sparkles! is family-owned and every person in the school truly cares for each child as for their own. They have hours for the commuting parent and are excellent partners for single-parent and working families. Their community programs, enrichment activities, and optional sports programs are exceptional. They have a top-notch curriculum. If you are expecting or just considering child care, apply now!

My son will be moving to a different daycare center. The inconsistency and lack of communication about their drop off times has been a hassle. Despite what they counter in their response, they have inconvenienced my work schedule.I was initially told my son could be dropped off before 11 or after two which is naptime. OK that’s fine. I want to spend morning so my son and see if I can drop them off since I work later as a single penny. They are now unable to accept him after two for a few hours due to their staffing issues which should not be my concern. I pay, they handle with the logistics. Kiliti’s are nice, if you interactions have had with teachers are okay, but overall my experience had been sub-par. As a single parent I’ve seen very little understanding, but I’m sure theyll be relieved that my son will be moved so a more consistent form of revenue (a different toddler) can take his place.

The Sparkles daycare is full of great teachers and staff. My kids enjoy going every day. Ms. Danielle is always willing to assist with any questions and concerns and is very knowledgeable. Ms. Ivory is my son’s favorite teacher. My daughter loves all the games and activities that they offer. Again great staff and so helpful during these covid times.

My 1 year old son started daycare here in August and he absolutely loves it! The teachers are all very involved and everyone greets him when he arrives. They aren’t just ‘babysitting’, they are teaching them so many things. They keep you updated throughout the day with photos and notes. We couldn’t be happier and know that while we’re working our son is well looked after. We love one of his teachers so much that she now babysits for us outside of daycare. We’ll send all of our children here while we live in Fairfax.

Sparkles is amazing! The teachers are attentive and helpful. I love that they have an app where I can see my child’s progress throughout the day and I can message with the teachers. The center is always clean and sanitized well. My kids will be here until they age out!!!! They best in the area!

My child will be turning one this year and has been going here since she was 3 months old. The teachers love your child as if they were their own. I am completely confident that they are receiving the best care! She has advanced so much and learns quickly by watching the other children and her teachers teaching her. I would recommend this place as as childcare center that really adores and treasures your child.

My son absolutely loves going to Sparkles. He is currently with Miss Gladys and absolutely adores her. She is so involved with the kids and the projects she does with the children are wonderful. He’s only two and comes home telling me about all the things he’s done during the day. I am a teacher and work with him at home but I am constantly amazed at what he is learning in his class at school. We have had nothing but a great experience at Sparkles since I started him here at five months old...almost 2 years ago. All the teachers seem to really love and care for the students. We will be very sad when we have to move up from Miss Gladys‘ class, but so far I’ve had nothing but great experiences with every one of his teachers.

My kids love coming here. Danielle is the best! Every time you walk in she’s there greeting you with a smile. She treats my kids like her own. Not only myself but my kids feel more than welcomed here. The whole staff here is nothing short of amazing. A few of my kids favorite teachers are Ms.Ivory, Ms.Jenni and Ms. Maize. All of them have had a positive impact on my kids lives. Being a single mom is tough, but with all of their help they make life a little easier. I wouldn’t send my kids anywhere else!

Sparkles daycare is amazing there are tons of great staff from Ms. Danielle handling my payments and enrollments to Ms. Ivory taking care of my 7 year old helping with virtual learning and staying focused as possible. To passing Ms. Ashley's smiling face in the hall ways and she's always friendly and open to conversation . To the lovely ladies (Ms.Elizabeth, Ms.Geovana, and Ms.Trinity ) taking care of my wild and active 7 month old in the infant class. I really love this daycare its so clean and upkept the staff feels like family I would recommend them to everyone if i could.

My daughter got hurt in sparkles FAIR OAKS and it end up with 9 stitches in her face. The teacher that suppose to take care of my kid told me that what happen because of her shoe was untied " I told your daughter FIVE 5 times to tie her shoes but she didn't listen" Why the teacher didn't tie it to her, why she didn't let her sit down until my daughter tie her shoe I don't know, and I didn't get any answer or even sorry from them. All what I saw blood over my daughter face and crying and careless from everyone. The teacher ran out of the room and came back with the form to sign that it was my daughter responsibilities. NO COMMENT " 7 years old "The supervisor came her name is Danella to the room with careless attitude, and no sympathy or even mother attitude. what I have seen is negligence and irresponsibility.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE sparkles! I'm an EXTREMELY nervous mommy. I was sold on sparkles simply because of Ms Danielle ( assistant director) she has amazing patience & is a class act. We as parents know how scary it is trusting total strangers with our children, so to have a person like Ms. Danielle to always make everything better, is an added bonus she's an INSTRUMENTAL ROLE for sparkles & to reassure you that all is well is an amazing feelingThank you for being you Ms DanielleMs Katie, thank you for always giving me that " extra minute " even when I know you're so busy running a daycare that you've zero minutes but yet always seem to find that one!Parents this is who we want our child/children to be around , a staff filled with love!The director Ms Katie along with all of my child's teachers have been wonderful. My child has grown so much & has matured so much in such a short amount of time! The daycare is clean & the learning that is taught is wonderful, age appropriate & fun!I love receiving my child's art work!My baby who is 19 months almost amazes/shocks me daily on how much he has learned & it's all thanks to daycare!Actually today the owner Sonya ( I hope I spelled that correctly)personally introduced herself to me, just walked right up to me & it warmed my heart to know that such a busy lady took out time to introduce herself just reassured me ONCE again why I know I made the BEST choice for my baby by picking Sparkles ! Thank you for creating Sparkles!Daycare practically raises our children if you really think about it, & I couldn't imagine any other staff helping to do this. If you want your child/children to learn while having fun, to grow , to become sociable & to have an amazing supportive staff GO TO SPARKLESI've never doubted picking Sparkles daycare. Thank you Sparkles for loving my baby & thank you Ms Danielle ( my favorite) & Ms Katie for allowing me to be myself & always being professional yet kind hearted ! My wife and I have had an excellent experience at Sparkles. We have 2 children (3 and 1), and both have gone to Sparkles since they were a few months old. The teachers are incredibly caring and make us so comfortable to leave our children with them. I'd recommend Sparkles Daycare to anyone.

My grandson started at Sparkles in Fair Oaks at age 2 with Miss Crystal and Miss Miriam. He was very comfortable and felt safe with this great teaching team. He learned to share and interact with others. This was his first time at a childcare facility. Miss Crystal and Miss Miriam made the transition from being at home with mommy on a regular basis very smooth. I felt very safe and pleased to leave him in their care.

Sparkles lives by its name. The love the staff has for the kids "shines" in their care for them. The staff gives the kids their undivided attention. My two-year old grandson loves Sparkles. His teacher was particularly helpful in reinforcing what we were teaching at home with his potty training. Shine on Sparkles!
