Really nice employees, good customer service and this shop has the FLUM pebble MATCHA vape! Really hard to find item. Typical price range for the item purchased. So glad they have them in stock; it’s sold out elsewhere in the Fairfax-Annandale-Springfield area.
Will definitely return!

PSA!!!!!I’ve worked in the vape shop industry for 4 years and I must say this is the worst vape store in the DMV. I have been going here since they opened as i live right next door and I must say, their customer service (or should i say the lack of) has gotten outrageous. Specifically the heavier African American lady. She has the WORST attitude. The second I walked in she rolled her eyes and did not even stand up to help me. She looked as if she couldn’t be bothered to do ANYTHING! I have never seen someone just sitting at a cash register on their phone… let alone when there are customers needing and asking for assistance. She was as extremely rude and made me feel as though i was interrupting her…. when it’s quite literally her job to help customers (i would know). On top of all this, they sold me a defective (overly priced) vape. Do yourself a favor and spend your time and money elsewhere. If you’re in the area there is a tobacco king down the street and a tobacco hut as well. BOTH of these stores have always treated me kindly (and you’ll usually get a discount!)

They need to update their hours and turn off the sign if they are closed. I drove over based off their site hours and doors were locked but open light was on. Hard to give a decent review if you can't get in the store.
