“Last week, I had a rush print and binding book job for an important last minute meeting. My husband went to the FedEx at 10661 Braddock in Fairfax and he met Mark, the store manager who was extremely professional and allayed our concerns about timing. Before we had arrived, he had even printed out the documents and only waited for us to select our binding design preference. He was incredibly cool under pressure and delivered for us in such a timely fashion. Very grateful to Mark and his efforts that early morning. Thank you, Mark!”

“My first time using this FedEx location to ship a box. Exceptional customer service !! I called ahead to verify the approximate cost of shipping the package. The gentleman was very courteous and took the time to provide the information. In the store he taped the box since my tape was coming apart. Will definitely use their service again.”
