Very good customer service. I didn't buy anything today, but I'll come back after l pick my color s. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Hard to find nowadays. Go see him if you need help with the painting.

The store is small and cozy, but well laid out. Everything is easy to find and they have color matching samples to help out. There is also a contractor board where some contractors have their cards. The store has been there forever and it gives off that vibe while being up to date, airy, and light with all the latest paints, supplies, and tools.Many of the orders were picked up by contractors who came in and just picked up what they needed because they had already ordered on line. Contractors love the place because it is easy to get what you need and get in and out fast.Consumer Reports is a big fan of their paints. Their paints are not cheap, though. Quality paint isn't cheap and the cost of producing better and safer paints ans inflation have increased pricing across the industry over time. The good news is that today's paints from Sherwin-Williams cover better, look better, last longer, and are safer than the paint I used as a teen many years ago. Fortunately, they often have sales and I hit one with 40% off their Emerald external paint. They also have an on line site that is very good and if you sign up you can get instant discounts.The site is a good place to get information on painting, preparation, colors, etc. Be careful with colors on a computer monitor. They may not look quite the same on your wall.There was only one salesman in the store both mornings I went there and he was moving everyone along at a good clip. He had good, simple advice for those who needed it. He was a very pleasant fellow.Ask them to mix the paint before they hand it to you if they haven't already (he did mine without asking). It saves time. Their 1050 caulking is good and does not crack. The paint I bought was self priming and covered in one coat. The contractors I use loved the paint and recommend it often.I almost got tripped up on ordering the correct paint finish, but the salesman helped me out. This was a good buying experience, the end price was OK, my contractors liked the efficiency and speed of the store, and the paint looks good on my house. I guess there is a good reason this store has been here since I was a kid!

What a dump. The customer service is also abysmal. Go anywhere else for paint to avoid an annoying experience.

Didn't need much but I wanted to use a couple cards for the cash back on them. The gentleman that helped us was patient and informative. Well organized store. Great paint stop.

I really appreciated the customer service at this location. The store is clean and well organized, and I believe the gentleman who helped me was named Andres…he was just lovely and the primer he recommended worked wonderfully!
