My car broke down down the street from the Shell on March 24, 2024. The attendant graciously gave me their booster and I was able to jump start the car. Very grateful to the attendant who did not hesitate to help me.

This Shell has been here for considerable time. If you're running close to empty, they are fairly competitive with other nearby stations. This is between Annandale and City of Fairfax proper. There you might save a few cents. I've had the car inspected here, and had a EGR valve handled to my satisfaction. If not mistaken, I still believe they have online and paper coupons for oil changes at a great price. It is a tight fit in here. Route 236 is never boring. If you go here in the evening rush hour, I hope someone will let you out westbound side. The employees are decent folks. It's a clean station, and they have a small selection of candies or sodas for a quick pick you up. If in the area it works for basic purposes.

Would never bought a vape here again... Bought a 2 stale vapes and tried in front of worker and everything. I told him it was stale he did not care. He said should've got grape. That horrible customer service is why I'll never go back here again.

Management is cheap or lazy, don’t ever have fluid or tools for cleaning windows but charge high price for gas.

Very unhappy with this outfit lately. First they removed the windshield wipers and cleaning fluid at the pumps, Not sure why - seems like a low cost way to stay competitive. Also tried to bring my car here for inspection within the posted hours 3x to no avail. First day, guy was out that day but they let me sit there in line for 15 min and never adjusted their hours on the sign. 2nd day, told to come back as the guy was at lunch - came back 10 min after the specified time and guy was still out to lunch. I told them I was going to take my business elsewhere and got a “who cares” shrug. We used to get our cars serviced here, not anymore. Go someplace else.

I've taken my car here for inspections and emissions the last few times and have had a no-fuss experience each time. They are always super fast and there is not usually too bad of a wait (other places there seems to always be an hour wait, even in the middle of a weekday). They are also one of the only gas stations nearby with diesel.

Their pump measures are broken. Approximately 2-3% off of actual volume on pumps 5 and 6Would really care but if gas is this much it will make a difference

Went in for an inspection and they came up with a myriad of random things they wanted to fix. Quoted $300+ on a part I can buy on Amazon and replace myself for $50. Laughable that they think they can pull one over on you. Highly discourage anyone go to these scam artists.
