Whenever I have something in my hand, they always offer me a basket because they think that I’m stealing and they are very fake because when I walked out of the store without buying anything, they were like making very rude and snarky comments saying “oh, did the foundation not work out for you“and in a rude way and they’re so rude. I hope they all get fired and they’re so rude.

I came in the other day looking for products. Everyone was so helpful, an employee named “Aya” was wonderful and helped me find almost everything I was looking for, and even gave me advice. Great customer service.

Okay the employees are phenomenal but having one person on the register at ANY Sephora is insane I’m typing while my legs ache from standing here lol

Maybe it was the time we visited, but there weren't many employees working. Maybe that's why when I asked them something, their faces weren't bright and they were very stiff. I was thinking that it must be because they were very tired, but then I saw them smiling and talking to other employees, and it seemed like the employees didn't have good manners toward customers. I'm thinking about it. I think that if employees can smile and talk to each other, they can also smile and explain things to customers.

Rude and unhelpful staff. I was in the store for 15 mins and no one approached me. I finally went to ask a women named maddie for assistance and she was not happy. I asks for certain items or dupes and she just kept saying no we don't have anything. Didn't offer to look or give me suggestions. Decided to leave without buying anything. Very unprofessional.

Katherine is the BEST. It was a very busy day and she went out of her way and helped me to choose right makeup and skincare products. She has a lot of knowledge about makeup, skincare, and hair products. Looking forward to seeing her again. Thanks Katherine !

NOT HAPPY. I went in yesterday for a full face makeup application. I should’ve saved my money and done it on my own because I removed all their makeup after leaving anyways. The foundation was CAKED on, did not match my skin color at all, eyeliner was not even, foundation immediately started peeling, and makeup look was not consistent with the event and description I provided for what I wanted.
Big waste of $92.

I have been a customer for years until today we went to buy some products they told us that they were going to delete the transaction and we paid in cash they did not do it nor did they give proof of it, now they charged it and complained and they stole 152 dollars from me now they ask me for a receipt which I do not there are thieves

HANNAH IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PERSON AT SEPHORA FAIR OAKS! From welcoming at the entrance to matching the same energy at the checking out, she was the most amazing employee there. she picked out the best shade for me and helped me a lot overall. she was confident and very kind and professional at the same time. It was my first time at the fair oaks branch and i surely had an exciting experience. Thank you Hannah & Sephora!

Most of the employees were very nice to me except one, I asked her where the summer friday was and she was not happy about that. She was giving me attitude the whole time i was talking to her. Everyone else there was very helpful though. Definitely never talking to that women again. Sephora please rethink your employees at this location.
