Not the best customer service. One of their employees made a mistake and didn’t ring me up for one product, but rung me up twice for the other. I go to exchange the product and they’re not able to help or even trying to bc I dont have my receipt on me(coming from work and forgot it) but according to the receipt when I get home they couldve offered me a gift card but they kinda acted like I stole it and werent really trying to help

Mrs. Samara, Sephora store manager, is the most helpful and attentive professional in the cosmetic profession I have ever seen in my life.She impressed me highly with her knowledge of all their merchandise and different type of use of each.It was an unforgettable experience! To the manager BLINKY:I am giving a one star because the customer service here was AWFUL! A few weeks ago I came in to buy a few items and to my surprise when I got home an item was left out of my bag. I called the store and let them know and they mentioned they would put it behind the counter with my name on it to pick it up. I came back a week or so later after that to go pick it up and was told that they had no idea what I was talking about and basically accusing me of trying to come in and stealing the product because I didn’t have the receipt. I went back with my receipt yesterday and got my item with the wonderful help of the cashier ALEM!! Who was wonderful. But blinky could not care less what happened and was extremely extremely rude to me.

Horrible experience! I went inside to buy 4 products for a gift. I showed the Sephora rep my list on my phone and she pointed at me all 3 different places where to find them. That is NOT customer service. I spent almost 15 minutes looking for each of them and I couldn’t find any. People supposed to be hired to help customers like me when they need assistance, and no one cared to check if I needed help. I am not coming back to this store, that’s for sure.

I have been a Sephora customer for longtime and had a great customer service regarding my make up needs.but I had a little different experience to this store…. I bought a eyeliner a couples weeks ago and didn’t like it then I decided to return it…. But the employees was very rude and unprofessional , she didn’t even gave me a chance to explain, kept cutting me off with attitude, I asked for supervisor and I was told she’s a supervisor, I was very disappointed.Will never go back to this store.

This was by far the BEST Sephora I have ever shopped at. The customer care was elite. I am leaving so happy with just enduring the amount of joy the girls working here had and were giving. They were so cheerful, helpful, and patient. I travel for work so unfortunately I don’t live here, this would be my permanent Sephora location. Thank you ladies Amma (hopefully I spelled that right) and Amy for all of your help and genuine kindness! Bless you ladies!
