Terrible haircut. Paid 40 for a haircut that costs 30 everywhere else (look it up). Also, even though my hair was clean (no gel, no pomade, or even sweat), Ersin washed my hair and charged me an extra 10 for unnecessary hair wash, at that point I should have just paid credit card instead of cash... would not recommend this place.

I usually come in to get my haircut with Elly (Ilhama), and she is amazing! Always listens to what you have to say and has a very welcoming atmosphere

I've been going to Elie for a long time, and I can't recommend him enough! Elie is truly a master at her craft. Every time I visit, she exceeds my expectations with his incredible skills and attention to detail. Recently, she did highlights for my hair, and they turned out absolutely stunning. Distinct step up from all the local buzz-cut shops in NoVA, though they can do that too. For a little more, bring a picture of the cut you want and they'll figure it out. Color services and custom cuts, very good men's salon.

Kenan is BEYOND AMAZING! He fixed my hair with a stunning balayage and the blending was great - no two-tone or choppy colors. He took the time (~3.5 hrs) to fine tune the balayage for blending, minimal damage, toning (removed the brassiness and unwanted red color), and a beautiful cut with long layers and curtain bangs. Kenan is experienced, attentive, talented, and will give you an amazing color and style. Worth every penny. Five stars and more!
Requested style: Balayage for long sandy brown hair and curtain bangs. Requested to remove the two different hair colors an old balayage left me with, as well as do the balayage without damaging or leaving brassiness. He did all of this!

Kenan is a true talented stylist! I have curly hair that he was able to cut professionally. I came in wanting something and he consulted me in what would look better on me instead and it sure looks much better than what I originally wanted.

I asked Kanan for a light trim and light brown color, but my hair was cut much shorter than requested and dyed a shocking black. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, he simply told me the color will get lighter in 2 weeks. I came to the salon to have the color I want now, not in 2 weeks. To make matters worse, he charged me $200+. Completely unacceptable! I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

I was really excited to get my hair cut here and made an appointment for 2pm for Sunday on the Friday before. I arrived on time but he said he was busy until 7pm and to come back another day, I’m sure they’re good at what they do but it seems they don’t honor appointments at all

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from the Turkish barber at the haircut salon. It was one of the worst experiences I've had, and I believe there's room for improvement. The barber failed to meet my expectations, and I felt uncomfortable throughout the haircut. I hope that in the future, the salon can provide better training and ensure that their barbers are equipped to meet the needs of their customers.

I'm appalled by the unacceptable service my friend Maia received from your company on her wedding day. Her hair was left in a disaster, causing her unnecessary stress and embarrassment. It's unacceptable that you didn't provide a full refund immediately.
I demand a full refund and expect a prompt resolution to this issue. Failure to do so will result in negative reviews and sharing of my disappointment with others. I expect a higher level of service, especially for a bride's special day.

I waited 3 days before I left this review because I was hoping that I would feel better about my hair, but truly, I’m just as upset as ever! Umit gave me the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my entire life! It’s so upsetting because he literally did the exact opposite of everything that I asked. The first thing I stressed is that I don’t want it short! He literally chopped off 4-5 inches to where I can’t even tie it back. I also stressed that my hair feels too heavy, especially in the crown area so to thin it out. The cut he gave me actually made the top heavier! It’s just a short heavy ridiculous bob! I’m really not a picky person, especially when it comes to my hair, but I feel butchered! Even my coworkers laughed at it! It’s going to take a really long time for it to grow back to a point where I feel ok about it. I didn’t express my unhappiness before I left because I knew that there was no fixing it! This was my 3rd time seeing him and he usually does a good job, but after this, I will never go back. He’s a nice guy so I felt bad even leaving this review but this haircut is so upsetting that I just had to let him know. Please do not reach out to me as this can NOT be fixed. For the future, you should really take time and listen to what your customers are asking for before you go scissor crazy! So upsetting. Update: Three months later and I’m STILL hating my hair! ?

I had a great experience at this salon yesterday on a busy Saturday as a walk in. The salon was busy with lots of customers, and I was looking for all over color with a full highlight & cut. They worked great as a team!! & Kevin my stylest did a wonderful job on my hair. I could not be happier with my hair & will definitely make this salon my GO-TO ?

I had the pleasure of getting a balayage and hair cut from Umit last month, and I couldn't be happier with the results! He is truly an expert when it comes to transforming dark brown hair into a stunning blonde balayage without any brassiness. The entire process was seamless, and his attention to detail and skill were evident throughout.
Honestly, I went in with very low expectations because, in all my earlier experiences, my hair turned into red rather than blonde. For that reason, I didn't even go there with a picture in hand. However, Umit took the time to explain what he could achieve and what might not be possible with my hair. The final result exceeded my expectations, leaving my hair looking natural, vibrant, and beautifully blended. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch balayage!
