I had a terrible experience at Saks OFF 5th when I attempted to return a heavily worn pair of shoes that I had recently purchased. The store does not clearly indicate that sale items are "final sale" and cannot be returned, and it was only after reading the receipt that I realized this.I was extremely disappointed to learn that I couldn't return the shoes, especially since they were heavily worn and should not have been re-shelved for purchase in the first place. I was only offered a store credit, not a refund.The manager on duty was understanding but overall, I am very dissatisfied with this experience. I will not be shopping at Saks OFF 5th again and I strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing items on sale as they may not be able to return them.It's not a good business practice to sell returned items as new ones.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The selection of goods has seriously dropped off over the last year or so...the whole point to visiting a SaksOff 5TH is for the designer labels. Not getting as much of that as they used to.. ?

I went to saks off fifth in Potomac mall in Woodbridge yesterday, Diana and the other Supervisor were so very Rude & Nasty so very unprofessional in the floor or their work.the both supervisor keep talking and working in away from customer’s, they both keep sending customers to this girl name fattima, fattima Is very helpful and have a lovely smile, saks off fifth y used to be a very good place to shop, but those two supervisors are very triable,Extremely excellent work going to the new manager & Assistance Manager. June 2022 visit.Cashiers/workers don't know what they doing. Long lines for NO reason. Then the cashier asked me, did I need to check out. Duh - why else am I standing in line with my merchandise?Store not fully stocked.Slow cashiers/workers. Need more training or staff with speed.

The worst Customer Service I've ever experienced in my life, and if you want to go to the Manager or the Store Director forget it, They are worst and you will understand why the rest of the sales associates are the way that they are. Run away, better go to Mclean or DC. There are not even great prices as you will think going to Potomac mills.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars, there’s horrible managers and customer service. I bought shoes at the Woodbridge location, I’ve never worn them outside at all but they came dirty. When I went to return them, they told me that I had worn them outside when I hadn’t. Whoever had returned the shoes before me probably was the one who made the shoes dirty. I understand the policy but they should enforce it on everyone. They don’t treat you equally when you aren’t from here, I spoke to two managers and they both didn’t want to let return the shoes just because I’m not from here.

I was way disappointed with their service and performance, especially with Diana. Her performance was extremely subpar, and she was very rude to customers. I purchased an unmatched pair of shoes (store's fault), and when I went back to complain about it, Diana told me to throw it away, instead of doing a refund for me. In another occasion, when I asked her to provide me with a receipt for things that I've just bought, she pretended like she wasn't understanding what I was saying, to the point people behind me had to yell at her that I'd like RECEIPTS. When I asked her name, she said "I don't have a name," which is obviously perfectly nonsense. I was extremely offended and dissatisfied with their service. I'd never ever go back.

I usually love Saks Off 5th, but this location doesn't ever seem to have anything. it's a little odd. The last few times I went in it only took me about five minutes to figure out that they didn't have anything in the entire store I would be interested in. I remember when it opened I could spend an hour or two in there. So not sure what happened, but it looks like it's not getting the best merchandise anymore. Bummer, because overall it's usually a great place.

I can not believe it ... the store closes at 7pm on Sundays at 6:20 p.m. I went to try everything I selected and I found that the fitting rooms close at 6 pm because the managger decided so? ? I'll never return, I'm glad you're closing this place! the service to the public was never good
