Extremely disappointing. Spoke with the dealer couple of times and told them to work on there price. I was assured that the price offered will be matched when I come and ready to close the deal. On the day, they offered the same price which was a non starter. They did not care to do the homework and wasted my day.

I highly recommend Joseph Carter "JC" in the sales group at this dealership. JC is top notch with customer service skills which he answered every question and concern I had regarding the purchase of a new CR-V. I haven't dealt with a more customer focused salesperson at a car dealership in many years, as JC is.

I'm from MD and was visiting a friend in VA when suddenly my check engine light came on. Came here to see if it was ok to drive home and this place quickly and professionally diagnosed and resolved the issue. Beyond thankful for everyone at Rosenthal Honda!!! 10/10 Experience

Unbelievable efforts within their sales department - to exceed customer expectations and put customers in a new vehicle with 'surprising' financial support + outcome ? ? ...We have been leasing cars since 2011 from Fairfax Honda. I cannot imagine working with any other dealership (for sales & service!), regardless of make and models !P.S. we love ? our reliable Honda's ☺️

The way that you handled my sister when she bought a Honda & 40 days later she needed a new engine is disgusting. She lost 13K and no one is even trying to replace the vehicle or help with locating the proper parts. Never shop here , they don’t care about their customers.

Not sure where to begin so I will keep it short. They sold my young sister a car a little over 30 days ago. The piston rings are fried, most likely needs a new engine on a VW Passat. They Will not fix it, help to fix it or even trade the car out for a running vehicle. Very nasty towards a paying customer. I'm really lost for words.We will write reviews until they have 1 star or fix this issue!"

We bought our honda pilot from this dealership. Mr.Nair is soo helpful and super nice. Finance manager James is also very professional. The shop is very clean. It is a very smooth purchase process. Kudos to all the staffs works there. Keep up the good work.

TLDR: The dealership told me I needed my transmission replaced for $8200 but when I took it somewhere else, it just needed a transmission flush. When I let the service advisor know, he hung up on me.I have always taken my Honda Accord to the dealership and paid for all the recommended maintenance. But never again after my last visit!I took my car in because when I hit the gas pedal the car would rev but not really speed up. I shared with the service advisor Cesar that I thought there was a transmission issue and agreed to pay the $209 diagnostic fee. I got a call back that I needed an oil change and an engine clean for about $1000. I asked if they looked at the transmission which is the issue I originally brought it in for and it turns out they didn't (which is a little concerning). When I got the next call back, they said I needed a new transmission for $8200 and potentially a new engine for $16,000 but at the very least the oil change and engine clean they had previously recommended. This was surprising to me since my car has been well cared for and has only 75,000 miles on it.I asked if they had checked various potential other causes of the problem in the transmission but the service advisor (Cesar) was not able to answer my questions since he didn't perform the diagnostic. I asked if I could talk to the mechanic and he said he's too busy. Cesar routed me to his a senior service advisor (whose name I think is Thomas) who told me the transmission was definitely bad and I should not consider getting a transmission oil flush because it could make things worse.I had the car towed to another mechanic who did a transmission flush and oil change. The transmission flush and oil change fixed the problem. The car can easily switch gears without any problem. Over the last 3 weeks, I've driven several hundred miles and there is no more revving sound and the car smoothly switches gears. When I called the service advisor Cesar to update him on my car, he transferred me to the same senior service advisor (Thomas?). I explained what happened, Thomas hung up on me!I emailed

We bought a 2020 Pilot in May. They changed the tires, oil and performed an inspection the day we purchased it. We live in Maryland and had to have it MD inspected prior to getting permanent tags. It failed...front passenger wheel was loose. It was undetectable when driving, but when it was in the rack, it was obvious. The inspector said it wasn't even safe for me to drive home. We had a time getting someone at the dealership to even speak with us. After a ton of back and forth, we eventually got them to agree to fix it. Fast forward to this past weekend and we just performed our first oil change. My husband got under the car and there was oil everywhere. What a mess. The drain plug was only hand tightened. These people do jot care about the safety of the vehicles they're selling. We will never purchase another vehicle from them.

I was working with a decent sales associate and had to come in the following day to do the purchase. I live about an hour from the dealership so before leaving I called (after 9am) about 6 or 7 times to confirm the car was still available. I finally got someone on the line and he said "Uh I'll call you back" and HUNG UP on me. I drove up to the area with my newborn to get my loan check and finalize the sale only to be told the car was sold. The car being sold is completely fine. The lack of communication from the dealership is the problem. Absolutely will not be spending my money here. Thanks for wasting my gas money and time.

I was in a pretty desperate situation trying to get back into DC with a car battery that kept dying on me. I arrived without an appointment and (without realizing) after the maintenance services had already closed for the day. Despite that, the front desk made a call and these wonderful people willingly stayed well past their working hours to replace my car battery for me. Thank you all SO much for helping me as you did when you had every right to tell me to come back when you opened the next day. I was in a pinch and you saved me.

Very unprofessional finance/sales manager Without giving me the price of vehicle he start asking about my credit score. Never recommend this dealership to any body. They just want people to finance the car through Honda. Which is profit for them. Even though he refused to give vehicle price in paper when I was leaving the place. I have been to many dealerships they give you estimates price everything in paper so very disappointed by them.
