blown away with the customer service… this is the first florist service in the DMV I’ve used that went above and beyond and you actually get what you pay for. I called the morning of for a last minute bouquet for a friend who just had a baby and just a few hours later they made and delivered to the hospital the most gorgeous bouquet. I couldn’t recommend enough!!

I wish I could give 6 stars.I ordered flowers from another place and didn't get what I ordered.I called Mr.Zee and told him what I wanted.He was absolutely professional and bailed me out of a tough situation.Within 90 minutes his cousin was at the door with a beautiful arrangement.Mr. Zee you have just gained a new customer.I now have a happy wife and I'm out of the dog house.Can't wait to use you again.Thanks Marty!

Unfortunately a good friend was in the INOVA hospital and I called here to have flowers delivered to him, which Mr. Farzana happily agreed to do. They were unable to make the delivery that day because of the hospital hours, but still reached out to me to find out my friend’s home address and ensured the flowers were delivered the next day. My friend loved the flowers and I highly recommend using Rose Florist and can’t speak highly enough of Mr. Farzana.

I ordered flowers and picked one of the pictures online and they looked nothing like the picture. A little disappointed I paid $130 and the flowers weren’t the same as in the picture nor did they go together. It just seemed very random.

This florist is hands down the best I've ever encountered. They put together beautiful arrangements of fresh flowers for a fair cost. Also, the flowers last a long time, all the while keeping the looks and freshness you want. BTW, they are also very nice and helpful!

This place is a gem! The flowers are fresh and expertly arranged. They last longer while looking beautiful than any other florist I've used. Lastly, the people there are extremely helpful and go out of their way to get you what you are looking for at a reasonable cost.
