I worked with Allison at Quest to order a diamond engagement ring and it was the best experience I could have asked for- I would recommend this store to anyone else looking for something similar. I first came in for advice on restoring an heirloom family ring where they were informative and honest about its condition and my different options. After that, deciding against the restoration I came back a couple of months later after having done my own research with a few different samples and again Allison took the time to work through a variety of bands, settings, and stones to fit both the custom style and price range I was looking at. When it came time to sourcing diamonds I got a better value than I ever came close to with online retailers. They were even able to order an accompanying travel ring with the original that came around a month later. Throughout the entire experience they were attentive, easy to work with, and clearly cared about their customers.

Absolutly the heat place to get an engagement ring. My gf and I went in to get her her perfect ring designed and we were so happy with the results. The employees were so helpful in showing options, working within our price range, and not pressuing either of us on anything! I also was also able to communicate with them easily throughout the ring creation process. They were even able to move up the finish date for me due to extenuating circumstances. Yasmeen especially was super kind and helpful. If you dont know where to shop for a ring, Start here! They are amazing!

My fiancé and I were looking for engagement rings, but weren’t too sure of where to go. We had tried to go to brilliant earth, but had the worst experience ever. After looking all over the internet, I found this jewelers through online reviews. I can’t explain how happy we both are with our rings and the service provided by Quest. Huan helped us through our engagement ring process. Huan is so friendly and approachable! He really made the experience so smooth and easy, while also providing his expertise and knowledge. My engagement ring is sooo perfect to me and I couldn’t thank Huan enough for being so patient and easy to work with through the process.Pam assisted us in finding a wedding band for me and I found the perfect one! She pulled out all the different options and was super accommodating in helping us find something in our budget.I would recommend this jewelers to anyone! The staff here cares a lot and truly takes care of you through the engagement/wedding ring process!

I worked with Huan at quest for my engagement ring for my now fiancée!!!From the start he separated himself from other jewelers in the area with his knowledge about all aspects of the diamond and the ring. He made me comfortable though out my experience. He made sure the ring came back exactly how she wanted on a timely manner.They offer excellent customer services and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my jewelry!! We will be back for our wedding bands and any other future jewelry needs!!UpdatesThis is my jeweler as long as I am living in this area. I have worked with multiple staff including Huan and Allyson and have purchased numerous more pieces since my engagement ring purchase. They give me a fair price and always make me feel welcomed.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Yasmeen at Quest Jewelers to find the perfect engagement ring for my fiance, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I don’t often take time to write google reviews but after working with Allison Nacht at Quest I felt I really had to! She helped my husband and I pick out new rings and was so helpful and knowledgeable! I received recommendations from her on stacking options that I would never have thought of myself - which made me extremely happy! Over all I received outstanding customer service from Allison and would not hesitate to recommend her and Quest jewelers to friends or family.

Quest Fine Jewelers is absolutely exceptional. Huan and his associates were welcoming from the very moment we walked in, until the moment we walked out. Huan listened, educated, and made my partner and I feel so comfortable. There was no pressure from Huan as he assisted us both to find our perfect rings. We walked in with very little knowledge and left feeling extremely confident in our decision. We were able to find all four rings we wanted with his help. I could never recommend Quest and Huan's service enough!

The customer service and jewelry work done here is one of the best in the area! I'm very happy with a couple recent customs they did for me...and I'm a picky jewelry collector. Yasmine is wonderful and tries to make every thing just the way you want it. Prices are comparable, if not more reasonable.

Highly recommend Quest! We first worked with Yasmeen to create my engagement ring. She's really patient and knowledgeable! Any time I asked about certain ring details, she pulled a few examples to show the different ways it could be done. When we received the ring, it was beautiful! Exactly what I wanted and the quality was great. More recently, Yasmeen reached out to us about an upcoming event so we went in to look at wedding bands. My fiancé and I were not looking for anything intricate but as we were looking, there were specific things that we each wanted. Yasmeen patiently worked with us and got both bands perfect. She recommended a customization to my fiancé's band to get it to his liking. The band I chose would not sit flush with my engagement ring so she took it to the back and the jeweler said he'd be able to make an adjustment to my engagement ring. The work was done well, very subtle, it did not look the the ring was altered in any way and now the two rings sit flush. Quest provides excellent, personalized service that you would not get from a big box store. We were very happy with our experience! I feel like we never had to compromise our choices and each ring turned out better than expected

Had a custom ring made by Quest. The whole process was seamless; Yasmeen, and the whole staff, were knowledgeable, kind, patient, friendly, and responsive. The ring is absolutely beautiful, and I feel lucky to be able to enjoy it for the rest of my life!

My Fiancé and I had the best experience at Quest. We both had little knowledge before we went ring shopping and Yasmeen was outstanding in explaining everything to us and was very patient with us and went above and beyond to get us both what we wanted! Her and everyone at the store is super professional. Highly recommended store for Jewelry and Diamond shopping!
