This was the longest I've ever had to wait, without an appointment, and it was after lunch walk in on a Friday of a Holiday Weekend, when something was up with their system- but the wait time was correctly estimated by the system ahead of time. Once my name was called, the personnel were VERY friendly, efficient, and quick to serve my needs and confirm my lab work order!

Having an appointment helps a lot. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The tech who took my blood was very good in what she does and is extremely professional.

I had an appointment for my visit, and when my name was finally called, my visit was interrupted by another client who did not have an appointment. The technician chose to settle this issue and pass my appointment off to someone else who chose to stand there and watch the event. Meanwhile, another person approached the technician that should have been taken care of me and took care of her issue before taking care of my appointment. I stood there, waiting, needlessly, while the technician that took care of me was busy watching the event, and then answering someone else’s question.

Angie was AMAZING. So extremely helpful, knew her stuff very well, and was quick to problem solve and offer solutions to me! Service was fast and attentive. She is a queen!!!!

I've been here numerous times for routine blood testing and I have never had to wait to be seen for my appointment. The technicians are quick, friendly, and efficient. I am very surprised to read the other reviews, because this is always my preferred location.

I agree with the low rating for this lab! Awful. Sick woman helped me, wasn’t wearing mask. Super boring and bothered attitude. My doctor didn’t have the analysis the following week!Go to the highest rated lab; wish I had.

First the good - appointment was on time, check-in was easy, my blood was drawn, and hopefully results were sent to my doctor (this part I don't know yet).Now the bad - this was the most dehumanizing experience - my technician could not be bothered to make an eye contact with me, not to say "hello", "please", anything remotely polite or god forbid - pleasant, she just barked questions and orders at me: "sit here, pay, read the label, pull up your sleeve" - I had a short sleeve shirt on - but since she would not look at me, she would not know.... Was I annoying her with my mere presence or did she have a bad day?Please, if you work in medical field, you should not only be capable at what you are doing, but you should also have some people skills - or at least minimal politeness if nothing else - like some empathy, you should not treat the patients like a piece of meat in a processing plant.Since she did not introduce herself, I asked her name - she said it was Angie. Never again!

Shocked by the low rating for this location. Very friendly staff/nurses. Clean and open waiting room. Check in was a breeze and I was seen right at the time of my appointment. Tip: if Quest has your cell phone number they will text you a link to check in so you dont have to mess with the kiosk in the waiting room (seemed glitchy for some). Its in a really big medical building so be prepared to make time to park in the free garage. Its located right outside the building.

I made an appointment and checked in online. She drew blood and I checked out within 10 minutes. She was so polite and fast. She was amazing at her job!

Came in to draw blood for our 4 year old. Nurse kept yelling at our child to stop moving when he wasn't moving at all, actually held down by both parents and a nurse while she struggled for 5+ min to find his blood vessel. I get it, it's hard but don't yell and blame the child while already scared and not moving at all. After all of that, and taking 6 tubes of blood. the nurse failed to complete one of the two orders we came in with. We worried that she wasn't paying attention when we specified twice that there were two orders and she assured us she got it. She didn't. We have to release this and there is no way to call in and asked what happened with the blood work or the order. No way to call in. Inept nurse.

The people working at this location do not seem to know what they are doing. Go to the one in Annandale instead.
