I was directed to this bodyshop by State Farm stating they would get my 22’ Civic back to 90-95% of the initial condition (which is almost like-new off the lot with 6.6k miles), however they kept messing it up. My car had many issues such as loose gaps almost everywhere, taillights weren’t sealed properly, and the bodywork wasn’t symmetrical (especially in the front where the left side bumper bulges out more than the right), left rear reflector was loose/out of socket (I fixed it by pushing it back in). I had a good experience talking to the front staff, but the bodyshop guy (Barry?) kept speaking in an unprofessional manner when I pointed out these errors and deflected anything I stated saying stuff like “your car wasn’t perfect off the lot”, but it definitely looked like a new car initially minus the dings I’ve given to it (scratches on rims, small dings on the side, bit of tear on the rubber tires). Absolutely the highest quality body and paint repair in the DMV!
After a guy backed into my wife's car in a parking garage, she was left with a big ugly dent on the rear panel. I took her car to Quality Auto Body because they have consistently provided EXCELLENT paint and body work for our cars for over 25 years. Chris kept me informed every day on the repair work and the car was ready right on time. I was impressed with Keon's excellent body work and the seamless blending of 14-year old paint with new paint. Just look at the photo -- the paint is like a mirror!
We keep our cars for a long time and we always rely on Quality Auto Body to deliver impressive results, done right the first time, and at a value price. You really can't go wrong here!
“Quality” Says it all!
Quality Auto Body completely re-painted my 1954 Chevrolet pickup and finished off the detail work on the four fenders I fabricated. This was a massive job – requiring the disassembly of the truck down to the frame – sanding and repairing all of the inevitable rust – then priming and painting everything – and re-assembling the hundreds of parts correctly.
Quality Auto Body has done all of the body and paint work on my cars and trucks over the years, so I knew that I would get top-quality work on my truck – and I was not disappointed! My truck was transformed (please see the photo) into a beautifully finished show truck and daily driver.
I drive the truck regularly and participate in car shows, so the quality of workmanship and materials must be rugged enough to withstand regular use, yet still maintain a "show quality" appearance. Chris Spencer and his crew excelled on all points.
Chris kept me informed as the transformation proceeded, sending me regular email updates with photos of the work. It was as close to being there in the shop as practical. When problems came up (on a 60+ year-old truck, you get your share of problems), Chris solved them all and even suggested some improvements to the custom mounting of the headlights and grill trim.
As you might expect, Quality Auto Body is a busy shop and you may need to wait a bit before you can get in. Don't despair. Chris and Joseph are straight forward about what jobs are in the queue and when they can get you in - and the wait is well worth it.
I would not go anywhere else for ultra-high quality auto body and paint work. I paid a very reasonable price for truly top-notch work - and that's a combination that is hard to find anywhere.

I had a minor accident a week ago and Quality Auto Body came recommended by my Insurance Company so I went down to their shop to get an estimate and within 2 hours, Barry my claims adjuster sent me the estimate and said they could have it fixed in 5-7 business days. So I took my car into them on Monday morning and the whole process was so smooth and easy. My car rental service arrived within 10 minutes to pick me
Up and it was very smooth and easy. Barry called me to give me an update on my car that Wednesday and my car was finished the following day! Quality Auto Body did an exceptional outstanding job!! Got it done quick and well. But I have questions as to why same job will have different rates. When my car got hit, instead of going through insurance I asked for a quote to fix the bumper, it came out to be somewhere around $347, but when I decided to go after the person who rear ended me and used their insurance, the rate turned out to be around $274? So is this like healthcare, where with out without insurance yields a different cost ?

End to end, it's nine days after my fender bender, and my car is sitting in my driveway completely fixed with the insurance claim settled. Total shop time was 3 1/2 days. Someone else commented that this may be an insurance claim only business. In my mind, if that's true, it's a good thing, because I didn't have to worry at all about insurance details. I worked primarily with Barry, and there was zero confusion. Thanks to this business for turning an "ugh" into an easy solution.

Chris was amazing. I went to 6 different auto body shops looking for a quote. Chris took photos of my dent and within a hour emailed me a very detailed and fair quote. He fixed up my car in less than 3 days - every other auto body shop said they would need at least 5 days. He emailed me updates on their progress during those 2 days. My car looks brand new. Extremely pleased with the service here.I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to my friends in the area.They truly live up to their name.

They did a wonderful job fixing the paint on my Tahoe and the process was quick and painless, even getting set up with the rental car from Enterprise. I will use them every time from now on because they are technically very good and the service was the BEST!!

The repair had dirt specks embedded in the paint, wasn't clean (had paint flecks, dirt on the repair). Only after prompting was it buffed. Refused to restore to previous state. Disappointing outcome. Recommend if you choose this business inspect the work carefully.
