Tina the new manager at the Storage Facility on Guinea Road is fantastic! She is super nice and accommodating. We had issues with billing and getting a new lock she helped us with both issues and followed up with us. It’s worth the extra drive to use that storage facility due to the excellent customer service experience that Tina provides.

I wanted to share my experience with this location, as it was an unexpected pleasure. I was visiting from out-of-state to help my elderly parents move into their new living accommodations, so it was a hectic time. All the staff at this Public Storage location were professional and knowledgeable. They helped me to select the best supplies to help my parents' transition. I would especially like to mention Robert, as he was extraordinarily kind and polite. Given the excellent staff members that I met, I would recommend this location to anyone with storage/moving needs.
