They diagnosed the evaporator leak on my 1998 RAV4 accurately to be a leaky hose. They just fixed it for a reasonable price of about $100 where I'm sure others may have charged a lot more.Honest and reliable!

I live in MD and traveled all the way to Chantilly to see this shop based on the great reviews here. They lived up to their reputation. We had a front-end noise coming from one of our cars; I had taken it to several other dealers and mechanics to try and have it resolved. Precision couldn't figure it out either, but it wasn't for a lack of trying. They put multiple mechanics on it and spent three hours with the car to try and figure out what was going on -- and they didn't charge me a dime. "We didn't do anything, so we won't charge you anything," the owner told me. Other shops would have charged an inspection fee and spent half the time and effort to diagnose the problem. Not this place. Reviewers have noted how this is an honest shop run by honest people. I can attest to that.

Give your business to this business without hesitation. These are honest and fair people. Take your car to them for all your needs. My Subaru Forester 2019 had a Tie Rod bent and all kinds of steering and eyesight system lights came on. I took the car to a nearby Subaru dealership. They gave me a ridiculous quote. I found Precision on yelp. They fixed the issues as quickly as possible and I ended up paying about one tenth of what the dealership quoted me. I swear I am not kidding. Lesson learned. I will now always take my car to them for any issues, and go to someone else only if they don't do that service.

I've been taking my MINI Cooper to Precision Import Service for a couple of years now. Their prices are excellent, the quality of work is excellent, and (more important than anything) they're absolutely trustworthy. Take an inoperative air conditioner many places and you'll have a shiny new compressor for $2,000...when all it needed was a refrigerant recharge for less than $100, and he put dye in it to find any leaks "just in case". We've had nothing but great experiences with Steve and his team - highly recommend.

Brought my brand new 2023 Audi to them for a resonator delete kit install. They were very through in explaining what could effect the pricing based on how well the kit fits. I was very pleased with the upfront pricing and customer service. They were half the price of other shops in the area and my car sounds great. I am planning to come back for other services.

I come here most of the times for all my car repair needs. My family and I had an old toyota camry 2004 and a volswagen rabbit 2007. Even I had sold the old car toyota 2004 for the new one , I'm very satisfy with the works they had done on both of the cars: very skillful and expertise. I just describe what I hear from the car or about something doesn't feel right, they can fixed and correct the problem within a day without having to come back to complain or recheck and the price is very reasonable.Services: Engine repair
