Well maintained facility but always found a couple of machines out of order and some times it takes weeks to repair!

Past 2 weeks or so the managers seem to be in, so of course it's the first time in 3 years rules are enforced. The managers sit back on their phones, and tell the reg employees to go tell a random"put your bag in your locker" or "rules are shoes have to stay on.".....it's seems like if your a bigger guy that could be interpreted a "lunk" (which when using to describe a person a slur), then they only come to enforce the rules for u.
But if you're a middle aged woman then their are separate rules.
It's kinda ridiculous......but silver lining......if I don't listen will you cancel my membership??? I've looking for a way to get that canceled for years

Gym was clean and had plenty of equipment. I would've given it four stars. However, they didn't enforce the 30 min circuit sign. There were folks just sitting in there on the phone, on the equipment, clearly NOT circuit training.

Mainly go for the treadmill. Water fountain could either use a solid cleaning or just get rid of the entire thing. Everything else is reasonable for the cost of membership.

Best gym around for the price. Has the machines I need. Free weights, too. Unfortunately, some paper towel dispensers are broken, have been broken or missing for months. And the sports channel on TV only has a 6 tile display (6 different channels on a single TV) so you can't actually watch any sports . . .

PROS: spacious, low cost (the price of a lunch is about what you pay for a monthly membership), decent hours of operation, staff friendly, very busy only occasionally.
CONS: consistently more out-of-order equipment than expected (including things like toilets, TVs, in addition to gym equipment), and it's dirty (floors are not regularly cleaned and i can't recall a time when they looked reasonably clean).
IMO: it's a big, convenient, low cost gym with accessibility all over the US. ill keep paying the low monthly fee.

AC is now "broken" for over 3 months. Computer "down" since last week, check in by signing on a sheet of paper (now is your time to try it free). This location is clearly circling the drain. I expect they will permanently close in August after collecting annual fees. Beware.
Original review:
Overcrowded, lots of broken equipment, dirty bathrooms with broken sinks.
The worst part - their AC has been supposedly broken since early May. It's the end of June now, 90F outside and unbearably hot inside. More than inconvenience, it's a health hazard, The mgmt just put up a sign a week ago - "ac is being fixed", no action, though. Likely trying to cut costs by reducing the electric bill.
Only pick this location if you are desperate.

Best planet facility. Spacious, abundant machines, lofty ceilings, so comfy. A tad warm in the heatwave though but I got a good sweat on w my run and weights were very good

The ac has been broken inside this gym for months. It feels like a sauna. Extremely uncomfortable. Multiples machines always out of order. They take our membership fees but refuse to provide a cool environment to workout in.

The gym is relatively spacious. There are many treadmills and 3 smith machines. The only free weights are dumbbells. There are plenty of leg machines and an area to do calisthenics. This gym will enable to get a good workout but gets pretty packed around 4-7pm. Would recommend for people looking for a gym on the cheaper side.

The club is well kept, well maintained, and well managed. They have a variety of equipment spread out over a nice top story level. The gym is kept clean and the staff is always very professional, friendly, and responsive.
