They went above and beyond expectations for a delivery to INOVA hospital. They remade the flowers when the patient was unable to receive them and called the hospital each day to see if they could deliver them. They texted me to keep me updated. I will be using them for all my flower deliveries from now on!

WOW! I ordered thru PAN AM website as I discovered it was the closest florist to my parents office & wanted to shop local. I ordered one of their Mother's Day Designer bouquets (wanted it to arrive early) - and WOW! Not only was my mom surprised, she said they are STUNNING! and they sure are! I was impressed with the very quick delivery and the assortment of flowers used. They are gorgeous.VERY PLEASED!! Will definitely be ordering from PAM AM again for more beautiful flowers!! SHOP LOCAL!

The arrangements are always high quality and elegant, and they receive compliments from family and friends alike.
