Pac Sun in Fair Oaks Mall, VA features casual and surf inspired fashion catering to the laid-back and youthful generation. Currently, Pac Sun features an F1 (Formula One) collaboration line that includes active menswear. The store had a nice small selection of footwear locsted in the rear. The staff was friendly.

I am not sure why so many bad reviews. I have been in this store a few times Christmas shopping and I didn’t have any issues. All the employees were friendly and helpful. I even asked who is the manager because he was extremely kind and helpful. I even asked for his name (Ryan) to write to his boss. And the store looked organized and great. Thank you for your help and great service.

Rude employees. As soon as we came we had to leave. Banging on the fitting room and challenging validity of a legal guardian/parent helping their child out to zip up garments. I get that shoplifting is a problem but deterring paying customers is the price your business is going to pay with employees’ rude snarky attitudes.

Extremely rude staff, whose whole purpose seems to avoid doing anything to help customers. Based on the encounter with the terrible customer service at this store, it is best to stay away from this company.

Terrible customer service. They close fitting rooms whenever they like, saying it’s their “policy”. Super rude, insulting behavior by the staff. Would not recommend to go to PacSun for any reason.

Staff sucked. Wouldn’t let my daughter try on clothes. I’m not buying $60 pants without making sure they fit. I’m an hour away. Won’t be back. apparently from other comments it’s not the first time.

Went to the mall and it was closed. Every other store was open but Pacsun. There was no sign to say “we’re closed for today” or something like that. Kinda disappointing Bc It’s my type of store. I was there at the mall for 4 hours and it never opened. They might be short staffed or something but I was just a little upset.

Literally so tired of coming to this mall to be met with bad customer service and a store that is literally never open. I’ve been trying to buy 1 shirt for days now, even got off early to get it this time and they are still closed at 5pm despite their hours online. Either adjust the hours or do something about it.. the reviews below agree with me too. This is ridiculous

I went to buy and was asking the lady who was at the register nicely to make a separate line for returns because she was taking a long time to process it. She blew up at me slapping the table asking me to leave the things I’m buying and that her store doesn’t need me. She was extremely rude. I don’t have her name but she was a tall black lady I’m assuming she was the manager. Never ever going back to this store. I hope the company replaces her because it is truly leaving a bad taste in my mouth for shopping at pacsun

The fact that this store is still operating at this location amazes me. I’ve been trying to return a pair a pants for four days now and they’ve not been open once. The lights are on, music playing, yet no one there. Tried calling and there’s no answer either. Ridiculous.

all of the employees were so nice and patient! they made me feel very comfortable. and great sales!
