Avoid Old Navy as a business all together. The quality is deplorable, the prices are high, the sizing is all over the place and their customer service for exchanges is non existent.

I am just going to say that I think I got turned off from Old Navy completely today due to the lack of customer service at the Fair Lakes location. I came in to do a return and there is no up front at the checkout. I spot a lady kind of walking around and we made eye contact and I soon realized that she was an employee and not a customer. She literally saw me standing there and didn’t say anything about getting someone to help me but kept on checking prices or doing whatever she was doing. She finally made her way up to the cash registers where she was picking up a box of hangers and turning to walk away when I asked her if there was a cashier available. Because I said something to her she finally acknowledged me and said she would call a cashier. Not an apology for waiting or anything like that but she had this demeanor like she was doing me a favor by calling someone for me. This was super annoying and businesses can go downhill super fast with employees like this and I really hope that she isn’t some sort of supervisor as that whole store is in trouble. People like that just leave a bad taste in my mouth. A huge part of working in a store is providing customer service. She definitely needs to to work on that.

I received wrong item I ordered online. Easy mistake. Order was 2 XL mens black polo shirts, got 2 baby clothing items, with snowmen and bright blue. Easy mixup. Shipping should be proud of their efficiency. Customer service says return to store. I go to store, stand in line 15-20 minutes as store had some issues with payment system. Every customer had issues. Once at register, I was told I couldn't return to store. I explained Customer Service said I could . She just repeated, We cant do it. Back to call customer service, and they say, take to store is first option. They were perplexed why the store would not take a refund. I explained the store just told me no. Then customer service said to actually get the item I ordered in the first place, I had to make another charge on my card, then wait for a refund for the item I was actually sent. If I don't send it back within 15 days, I get no refund. At least that is what I understand. Customer service person had accent so strong I was having a hard time understanding what he was saying. Lets just say, my experience with Old Navy is far from being a good experience. One less customer from now on. Not that they care.

Good sales, friendly people and a relatively decent selection of women's clothing. I'm not giving 5 stars because the bathroom is absolutely atrocious. I don't make a habit of using store bathrooms generally, but I would have been too uncomfortable to shop otherwise. You can immediately tell it hasn't been properly cleaned in probably months at the least. There's a very thick coating of dust on everything including the toilet scrubber and the plunger. Not only that, but the plumbing under the sink is so corroded I'd imagine it's about one large vibration away from crumbling into dust itself. Don't go there needing to pee, and if you do, tread carefully.

OLD NAVY= SCAM ARTIST!!! Do not buy from old navy. They do not honor their return policy or give you the amount you paid for an item! Buyer beware of this store! They will try to convince you to return an item for less and keep the difference of the money you paid!!! Better to shop anywhere else where the products are better quality and the store honors their return policy!

The wait to check out is long and employees don't care to open up other registers to expedite the checkout for customers.

The store was well organized and clean. Staff paid close attention to anything that was out of order. THAT BATHROOM THO. No way this bathroom has been cleaned in the last 2 weeks. Disgusting

First time I've been to an old navy in a long time. Very nice staff. Long line to check out but moved pretty fast. The line for the waiting rooms were insane! And seemed to stand still for a while. Needless to say I didn't get to try on. Ended up buying then having to bring stuff back because they didn't fit.

Relatively clean and organized. Perhaps suitable for a last minute shopping on demand given that their quality is satisfying to you. Finding better deals requires time and effort.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and organized the store was. I was able to find great deals and the PJs I had actually come in to buy!
