I have taken my car to Northern Virginia Autobody on multiple occasions for a gash in the door, a large scratch on the side and most recently for rear damage due to being hit from the back.
Each time the process has been efficient and the repairs excellent. They explain everything in detail and are happy to answer any questions and address any concerns. They are an approved Autobody shop by several major insurances and therefore it is a streamlined and easy process for claims.
Getting the rental car was very easy since they collaborate directly with Enterprise. I am extremely happy with their service.

Again, Northern Virginia Auto Body does not fail to deliver high expectations for its work not only for my automobiles, but my family's cars which I referred religiously due to the quality and a family like feel from Mr. Lee and his staff. For the past few years, I've been coming here every time I have a problem with my car, and I received perfect repairs with honest and excellent service. In particular, I was grateful to Mr. Lee for explaining the problem my car was having as an expert and explaining it well and informing me of possible problems that may arise in the future. And it was nice to see so much recognition. I am really satisfied with NoVA Auto Body.

Car looks fantastic when I got it back. Had rear bumper and trunk repaired and I literally couldn’t tell there was a fender bender prior. Paint job was on point as well. I was also pleasantly surprised that they cleaned the interior of my car immaculately and fixed a scratch I had on steering wheel. Awesome service. Glad I found this place and will for sure use their services again. Thanks Nova Auto Body!!

I've used Northern Virginia Auto Body multiple times over 10 years, and each experience has been fantastic. Anthony was the estimator for my most recent experience and he was excellent. He made frequent updates on the status of my vehicle and answered every question I had in great detail.

I took in my car for some body repair and the process could not have been smoother. I was in and out in under 5 minutes for both drop-off and pick-up. The repair itself only took a few days, way under the estimated time. Thanks!

You get high craftsmanship work that cannot be matched anywhere else and they will do their absolute best to accommodate and get your car back to you as soon as possible. The inside service team is extremely friendly. You will be happy that you took your car to them.

One of my vehicles was involved in a collision and having made the decision not to carry collision insurance, repair will be on my dime. In addition to the damage, the power brake assist appears to be compromised, making unsafe to drive the vehicle for an estimate to help me decide to pay for repairs out of pocket or simply scrap the vehicle.
Called NOVA body on 04/24 and asked if they could send someone out to look at the vehicle, now at my home. Was told by the mechanical tone of voice of whoever answered the call, 'no'.
Called another body shop, somewhat farther away and they too said 'No' BUT, the person I spoke to had the presence of mind to suggest me taking photos of my own and then sending these to their email account so they could work out a repair estimate.
There's a saying I learned long ago, 'Think past your nose', which I believe applies to how this business operates.
