My family and I were severely misled by NBI Agent IP regarding a property we purchased in MD. The listing said the house was completely renovated and remodeled but the Agent never mentioned the many undisclosed deficiencies, we are taking the repairs one at a time and by the end will have spent 10's of thousands of dollars. I would stay away.

Augusto helped me find the perfect home. He was always flexible with my tough work schedule and always made time to chat on the phone and meet up. He was patient with me as I had many particular needs in a home. He was able to find me everything that I needed! I definitely recommend Augusto!

Where do I start!? As you know looking for a house is exciting and where to look. As a first home buyer I can say my journey with Augusto at NBI realty has been a memorable experience. First time I met him in his office, he listen really well with all my small details and concerns. He explained in details by text, phone calls and even in person how is the process of searching our dream house. I'm very greatly appreciated him not only as my realtor but a friend. We our very happy with our new house and couldn't be more blessed of God placed Augusto in our journey after 28houses search after finding the one! Also his Cuban coffee was a PLUS!

Augusto was our realtor. He did an excellent job with helping us find our new home in the Fairfax area. We had particular requirements and was able to meet them all! He was extremely patient with us even when it took months to find the right home and did a good job during negotiations and advising us on things. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and even went to check out homes and FaceTimed us to walk through the homes while we were out of the state. We are now happy at our new home and can't thank him enough!

Horrible experience with one of their agents. Informed us that his client was signing paperwork right then on a house I was selling. Closing had been scheduled two weeks prior and this agent just decided to have his client sign a day early. We had to scramble just to close in time. If I was the client I would be furious because that was a huge gamble. The agent had no idea if we were in town or not. He also was completely flippant to our agent and would not return phone calls. He scheduled an appraiser and never told us until hours before the appraiser showed up. This agency employs unprofessional people who do not have any reapect for their clients or to the other parties. Do not hire them and if you recieve an offer from them, think twice about accepting.

NBI stands for Nothing But Incompetent. They were only willing to show the condo during the open house, yet the agent wasn't anywhere to be found. Being a secure building, he left no name or mobile # at the front door so that people can gain access inside. When the agent was eventually located, the open house was over, and he conveniently excused himself from any accountability. A complete waste of time. At last check, the listing is still up. ?
