The doctor on site, Dr. Zaer is helpful and incredibly patient. I’ve been to many MyEyeDr locations in the DMV area, but this is the location I come to for checkups.
Dr. Zaer is thorough and detail oriented; she helped me a great deal and answered all of my questions. Additionally, Reehan was helpful, friendly and knowledgable.
This is the most professional location I’ve been to—I went back for glasses and was helped again by Reehan and Dr. Zaer since I have light sensitivity and astigmatism. Both of whom were helpful. This is the place to go for people who want good customer service and professional eye care.

Extremely rude and unprofessional! I was asking questions based off the info that was given to me and the receptionist was so rude to me and goes let me finish and then hangs up on. I called back and she answered and hung up and then continued to not answer my call. I left a voicemail and everything.

They lie and are not responsive. Called the cops on us and cursed the military for us getting upset they wouldn't help us. Take your business elsewhere not worth your time, energy, or effort. They don't care about you and their prices are inflated. Got the exact same glasses online for less than what we were going to have to pay from them after a $400 insurance credit.

I ordered eye wear for my kids 3 weeks ago. Not sure what happened to my order . No updates when I receive my order. Such an inefficient way these people are working. If you could not able to do the work properly, what’s the point doing business?

My experience with Eye Doctor-particularly with the general manager Shawn Garrahan, and the front desk lady were extremely disappointing. Despite arriving only five minutes late, I found the doctor had already left, and Shawn and the lady were incredibly rude instead of attempting to explain the situation. This lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. I expected better treatment and would not recommend them. Period. It's concerning that someone in a leadership position would exhibit such behavior towards patients.Also On my first visit, the machine was down, yet they made me wait unnecessarily. ???????

Ordered 3 pairs of glasses a week before Christmas. Picked up two of them on 12/21. As of 01/24, I never received any update about the 3rd pair and it’s been 5+ weeks.Called the store to check if the 3rd pair is ready, and they put me on-hold for 15mins+. I got annoyed and used my husband’s phone to call in(while my phone was still on hold)and they picked it up immediately. Maybe next time prioritize the on-hold call first??????

I underwent a re-check on Dec 15 for my new glasses due to dizziness and hindrance caused by the frame holder. Shawn suggested I see the doctor without checking the prescription. On Jan 5, I discovered they made computer glasses instead of progressive ones. Despite their mistake, Shawn insisted on fixing the hindrance, taking 2 weeks. On Jan 24, I learned the order was placed on Jan 17, more than 10 days later. Disappointed with the service, waiting for Shawn's call, but no response. Recent events suggest a decline in service quality despite previous positive experiences.

The prescription we received was too dizzy so went in for a re-check. The dr kept talking over me and was not listening to our concerns nor giving ear to how we can resolve the issue. Not impressed with the service. A year ago, we had better service but it isn't the same recently.

I’ve been going to this MyEyeDr location for frames for about 10 years. They always have great selection and helpful service.This year, I worked with Shawn Garrahan who was amazing! It’s clear that Shawn is passionate about his job, glasses, and is very knowledgeable about his product.I’m particular, I knew what I wanted (and didn’t want); taking his time to work with me, Shawn guided me to what frame sections would likely work well (and which didn’t meet my needs).His professional perspective brought out things that neither I nor my husband noticed and was SO helpful! The frames I selected in the end are very different from what I’ve had before and did meet all my criteria! I’ve had my new frames for a few weeks and love them more every day.Shopping for frames usually takes me forever. This time, it was so efficient and much more fun. Shawn made it a great experience!

What a great place. The staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgable. My eyeglass lenses and wire holding them in were out of kilter after someone stepped on them. I called MyEyeDr. in Fairfax Corner and they immediately told me to bring the eyeglasses to them. When I walked in, they greeted me as if I had been a customer of theirs for years (I had bought my glasses from MyEyeDr. in Sterling). I was asked to sit and wait. In about 15 minutes, I was handed my completely-repaired glasses with a smile from staff. I will go back to this store soon to order a new pair of glasses. They have earned my business. Oh, they didn’t charge me for repairing my glasses. That’s icing on the cake.

I scheduled our yearly eye exams for my family at the Fair Oaks location. I received a call from Alexis to come in earlier because doctor Naghmeh Zaer had to leave early. When we arrived we were being accused of lieing about the time we were supposed to arrive.It was a complete mess and we were trying to accommodate the doctors schedule! The customer service from Alexis and Shawn was horrible. Alexis didn't even let me speak. Shawn had to ask her to go to a room and cool off as she was being very unprofessional. Dr. Zaer was terrible and the WORST person for the job. She decided to not give me my exam and was being very hostile with me. I will be filing a complaint with the VA enforcement division. I have never in my life been treated so badly as a patient and consumer by a health professional. It was so bad I walked out of there in tears. Menawhile my son witness this all!We've been coming here for more than 10 years but will NEVER come here again. I have never experienced this type of service, harassment and embarrassment.

This MyEyeDr. is the absolute best! I thought I had a pair of contacts left at home but unfortunately didn't. When I threw out the pair I was wearing everything was blurry. I went their & they hooked it up w/ a free pair. Thank you MyEyeDr. especially Cyrus.
