Mr. Ismail Miryzi spent with me all the necessary time (more than 2 hours) on Dec. 15, 2023 to support me to provide health insurance coverage for my 2 sons. He was a model of patience to guide me through the maze of requirement's of the VA HealthMkt Place and he answered all my questions, smart or stupid, with the same grace and good humor. Whenever I needed additional help later, he was always taking all my phone calls. I highly recommend Ismail for all the good services he will be able to provide to all his clients, current or new.

Wanted to use an independent agent to get a quote. First, he did not read what I wanted in my policy prior to issuing me a quote. I should have stopped there. But the revised policy was less than what I am paying now so we proceeded. Then my account was charged for the policy without my signature on the policy. How concerning! Beware!!

Ismail has been our agent for years, and I can't think of a time that he wasn't there when we needed him. He's gotten us great rates and when I've called after an accident or just to get some documents, he's always been prompt and professional. Insurance can be a faceless business, it's good to know that when I've got a problem or question, I can talk to Ismail instead of some 1-800 number. He's always friendly, even when you call him at 930 on a Sunday morning.. I couldn't be happier with Mr. Myzyri!
