Loved working with Allison! She was so fun to collaborate with and helped me realize my vision for my master bath. My design ideas were refined and finessed through her impeccable taste and knowledge of her products. I bought tile, plumbing fixtures, medicine cabinets, and Toto products all in one place. This is my second time using Mosaic and I still highly recommend.

Allison was amazing to work with at Mosaic, Fairfax. She helped us with both the tile and plumbing. She was kind and extremely patient, we had a hard time picking out plumbing. Allison was just as excited as we were when it all came together.I don't recommend establishments or employees often. However, Allison deserves the recognition.

My husband is an owner at OHI Design and I work with him as a designer. As long as we have been doing this, we have used mosaic for all of our tile needs. When I first started doing this, I worked with another branch and was consistently not happy with my consultants. I love what mosaic has to offer so I made an appointment at the Fairfax location to work with Greg. All I can say is Wow!When I meet with Greg and my clients, they always leave laughing and with a smile on their face. Most of the time they are hugging him and exchanging pleasantries at the end of the appointment.He is knowledgeable about all of his product, he has tons of examples of projects that he’s done prior, he is on top of all his orders, and make sure everything is perfect and he’s honestly just a blast to work with.If you’re working by yourself on your project, or with another contractor, please consider working with Greg at Mosaic… You will not be disappointed with your experience or the quality of your product!

Greg Virga was incredibly helpful in selecting colors and tile for our bathroom remodel. Then during our project he would always quickly answer questions and provide design advice we needed. We would definitely work with him again!

I did a purchase 3367 dollars I paid with my credit card when I check my bank statement the charged my 25 dollars more I ask why they were charging me more they said the updated the price without letting me know or even giving me an email. Frankly I don’t think that the can charge you more money without a heads up. Terrible customer service. This experience will be informed to all my future clients who purchase for here.

If you are looking for a great one stop shop place for renovating your bathroom, look no further. We called Mosaic unsure about everything we wanted to change out in our master bathroom and were connected to Jenn. She is amazing - she spoke to us before we arrived, pulled out everything from tile to coordinating fixtures and vanity and faucets for us to look at on our 1st visit. Not only did she give us a vision for a fully new bathroom but then was happy to help us pick out every detail for tub to toilet. And then as she got to know us more in subsequent visits, she even offered us a different, more modern design selection to consider - and that is what we went with. She has a really good eye for detail, connects well with her customers, and makes the entire shopping experience seamless and a one stop shop. In fact, we trusted her judgment so much that we even worked with one of the bathroom remodelers she recommended. And we couldn't be happier. I can't wait to update the other bathrooms in our home!

My wife and I love the new bathroom and Mosaic was a great business to work with. Gregg, our designer, was especially great fun to work with and he knows his stuff. He seemed to have a sixth sense about what my wife was looking for and all of the tiles, fixtures and paint that he helped us select look and work great. Their prices were fair and their service was tops. Also, the painless way in which Matt in their ordering office replaced a shower door panel that was scratched in transit was a breath of fresh air. The end product looked as great as we had hoped. A wonderful group of people to work with.

Our contractor recommended Greg at Mosaic Tile and it was without a doubt the most productive hour we had during the entire renovation process. With Greg's guidance, we made so many decisions so quickly. I don't have an eye for a design so I hate when designers say "It's really personal choice" or "what do you like?" Greg has opinions - in the best possible way - and isn't afraid to share them. He will give you a few choices and tell you which one he thinks is best. If you want something different, he very quickly finds a few more choices. He helped us select tile for backsplash, tile and accents for bathroom, and fireplace. None of it would have turned out nearly as well without Greg's help. Will definitely be going back when I update the next bathroom! He was also more than willing to help with ideas outside of what Mosaic provides, like paint colors and furniture ideas.

10 out of 5 stars if that was possible! As a general contractor it is hard to find a team of individuals that you can rely on completely. Mosaic in Fairfax (and Alexandria!) are 100% that. Each of our clients gives a glowing review of the showroom staff and I feel the same about the work of the warehouse staff. If you're a homeowner or contractor looking for tile, fixtures, cabinetry, and the best service this is the place to go.

Designer Jenn Rydzewski worked with us exclusively to renovate a master bathroom in order to gracefully age-in-place in our current townhome. At our consultation, Jenn listened to our needs and explored our likes and dislikes with sample tile colors and textures. Arriving for next scheduled visit, Jenn had selections chosen to fit our personal style with shower wall tiles, shower floor tiles, bathroom floor tiles, vanity, lighting, and plumbing fixtures. Jenn's organization and detailed preparation sold me immediately on her expertise in visual design and accompanying combinations to create a dream bath space. Every detail was covered and the master bath is a work of art that screams "beauty and relaxation"! We are over-the-top happy with the smoothness of the design process and the renovation plan becoming a reality!!!

My designer Jenn Rydzewski made it so easy. A little interview and we were off to a great bathroom remodel. From the wall tile, floor tile, paint, plumbing fixtures, light, mirror and towel bars. Jenn pulled it all together and the results are perfect. Mosaic has great selections, and excellent service all the way to the guys back in the warehouse!
