Terrible customer service. One teller while FIVE (5) other employees just strolled around with their iPads not being helpful at all. Asked if any of them could help out the 1 teller + long line of 8 people. Was told no - their jobs were only for new accounts, not actually servicing the accounts. Learn some basic customer service!! To add, withdrawing cash is limited to certain denominations as we all know, so a teller is required at times. There shouldn't be an excuse regardless of the reason needing to see a teller.

I really hate coming to this branch, they're always busy and they are so helpless , I forgot my card at the ATM machine at this location and they don't have access to the ATM machine ? I came here a couple of times for different things since it's the closest to my house but I really don't like their service "costumer service" they are always so busy and make it seem like they actually don't want to deal with ppl or costumers.

This office and their service truly deserves 5 star, especially under Miriam's leadership as the manager. She is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. Her team made customers waiting welcomed and informed of our waiting time. Mariam also saved a old gentleman from falling while helping me from her office. I am truly impressed. Amazing atmosphere!Thank you!

Shocking. Another horrible experience at another branch of Bank of America. ONE teller working at lunchtime? And drive through closed. The Vienna branch drive through was closed, too. I can't wait to never have to do business with this bank again!! Four other people working at desks at this location but somehow they don't see the line of 10 people .... Wow - the teller was rude! Customer service training, maybe? Wow.

Disappointed in that the drive up hours aren't accurate. I'm here at 3:30 and the drive up hours are listed until 5, except their drive up window is closed. It's raining and I have a newborn baby and yet I've had to come inside and wait in a long line where there's one teller.

Select another BOA branch. This branch takes pride in being rude, inappropriate and nasty to elderly account holding customers. The location down on Chain Bridge Rd in Fairfax City provides excellent service with a smile to customers with $5 or $5000.

Lines are long because they have one cashier only. Every time I go there I end up waiting for more than 30min.

This is easily the worst branch I've gone to and further gives me proof as to why they will never have my business. The reason why I come here is to pay my rent, that's it. So with having four kids at any one time all I ask is for a consistently open drive-thru. I don't feel like that's a lot to ask I bank with Wells Fargo and have never had this issue. I just went to this Bank of America location to pay my rent and my son is a little fussy and I was looking forward to using the drive-thru to get it over with. Lo and behold the drive-thru is closed and this isn't the first time this has happened. What's more upsetting is that there were a few staff members behind the counter that didn't look occupied at all..... And it's not like this location has multiple lanes in their drive-thru they have ONE. #chapped

I go in here jussst to get money for my boss. Service is slow as they allllways have 1 person at the desk but they're alllways friendly and polite. Quick as well once you reach them. The best part is the building. Has to be historic. I seem to just wonder my eyes looking at such a beautiful bank Location is difficult. There is some street parking and ample parking in the back but essentially you will have to walk to it.

Horrible service, the wait time to get anything done is 30 minutes or longer, they lost the papers to my safety deposit box. I was finally given the key and when I went to look for the private room they said they didn't have one and they were working on it. I was forced to open and view the contents of my box in the open. Funny, 7 months later and they still have no private room for you to take your safety deposit box into to put contents in or take contents out of. Find another bank. Don't come to this one!

The best BOA branch I have been to. Very quick and the management is excellent. They are so personable and willing to talk to you without an appointment. I'm kicking myself for not remembering the loan officer's name I dealt with, but she was awesome. It really can be a night and day experience between branches, and this branch has shown me the light!!
