I had a very weird shopping experience and I don't want to have that ever again. Still, I am giving this location 4*. One poor experience does not take away from the fact that the other times I've been here were fine. Although tonight, this store didn't have 3 out of the 5 items I came for, usually they have the inventory I need.Anyway, it was after 8pm. I try to give clerks the benefit of the doubt; I've worked retail before too and it can stressful. I have this big reusable shopping bag that I made sure to keep in my cart and zipped shut so no one had any wrong ideas. Later, when I needed to run to my car to get coupons I wanted to use, I was honest with the clerk at the front. I felt like I was being followed when I see the same employee in nearly every aisle I walked to. In the 10ish minutes of being in the store, I am already approached 5 times by 3 different employees. At some point, friendly customer service turns into overbearing and unaware monitoring. So to conclude my two cents, I really suggest there be some way to improve the communication flow between the rest of the workers.

Have been coming to this location for years now, but tonight I bought a car cell phone holder. Within 30 minutes of purchasing it and I realize that it did not fit my vent the way I wanted it to So I returned it. I was met with a very rude store manager (Hemalata). She said that at this point the product was no good for them and they would have to throw it in the trash anyway. She reluctantly gave me a refund but her attitude was extremely rude and it's not my fault that the product didn't work for my car. She must be new, and she needs to not be so rude to customers.

This CVS is ok. I have received service that was sort of on the mediocre side at the check-out counter, so I do not go out of my way to go here. I go the Walgreens around the corner instead. They have everything that you need for a pharmacy. Be sure to check your coupons to see what you can save.

My family has had a lot of interactions with this pharmacy as their insurance is restricted to CVS. Most people there are very nice but they do not seem to have an adequate stock of many common pain and other supportive medications that my mother is commonly prescribed for her pancreatic cancer, which makes it very difficult. The staff are helpful at transferring prescriptions to other locations, but I'm surprised they aren't able to obtain these prescriptions themselves. They also require a lot of prompting for assistance and do not proactively take steps to ensure customers get their needed medications. For example my mother was ordered Haldol by her hospice nurse last Monday, July 15th. The prescription has been on back order ever sense and is still not in at the pharmacy nor any other CVS pharmacies in the area and it is now Sunday, July 22nd. I called today to inquire how I can get the medication and they are trying to figure out how to help and I am waiting for a call back. If they are unable to get a medication in 7 days, why wouldn't they let the recipient (who is in hospice) or their family or the ordering hospice provider, know they are unable to process the request? I wonder if they believe a one week turn around time for a medication is an acceptable time frame? In my opinion, it is not and it shouldn't be family caretakers that have to reach out to the pharmacy to inquire how to get needed medications.

Service got better for awhile, but lately poor at the front counter. The pharmacy is great and fast, and they try to accommodate your needs. I just had to leave my items on the counter and exit as the cashier was stocking shelves. She looked at me and then went back to stocking. I said "hello" and she didn't respond. Quirky person. She was scolding the customer in front of me last time I was here. Please tell staff to help customers make purchases and exit relatively quickly. That's all we want.

First off there's plenty of parking, and this CVS isn't the messy insane asylum some can be. That is a good start, and I must first compliment the pharmacy staff here. The pharmacists and the technicians are all super polite, knowledgeable, and so far completely mistake free. Plus my doctor has messed up online ordering and they immediately took care of it. This is the pharmacy you want to go to. The store itself is organized, clean, and not full of customers all over the place. Yes during peak times there might be a line at checkout, but the management and employees run a tight ship here. My only complaint is the prices which are set by the company. They are most of the time higher than competitors, and the whole CVS card and the plethora of useless receipt coupons is irritating. Otherwise a good store.

I recently transferred my prescriptions here. The first female tech I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, as was TK when I picked them up.

Store is never properly stocked, items will often ring up with a different price from the label, poor customer service, always understaffed at the cash registers. Just try to avoid this place.
