My new market. I was unaware that they sell wheat berries in bulk and that they stock their veggies fresh daily. I love this place!

The DC Ivy City Moms service has fallen dramatically. this is seen especially in the Naked Bar. The staff acts unconcerned, unhappy and like they wish you didn't come. The other Moms are not like this. they are friendly, patient and courteous and they offer more items like two soups instead of one and two types of muffins instead of one and regular specials. Also when you call they will tell you quickly whats on the menu but the DC staff never know whats on the Naked bar Menu. Off and on I've gone to DC Moms for past two years. They always have frequent new workers that often complain of management in the Bar. I love vegan food am so sad that the DC bar has fallen off the good food services grid. Since no improvement has been been achieved over the years I must agree that this store has the lousiest and worse managers in this DC Moms. Ovoid the DC Moms and go College Park or Jessup on Maryfield .

Mom's organic market is more than you can imagine. Order takeout lunch or dinner at the "Naked Lunch' kitchen inside then pick up your groceries. Sip a bit of coffee (free) while they slice to order your fresh bread. A wide variety of foods and they even have last minute gift ideas--pick up an adorable wool bird house or luxury soap. Favorite snack is the Panda Licorice (fewest ingredients). They offer fresh produce, meats, dairy, dry foods, snacks and a few gifts. One stop grocery. See my review of Naked Lunch kitchen. Mom"s Organic Market has wonderful staff that make you love your community more than you already do

Service has gone to ruin. I came in to replace a five-gallon plastic jug that had somehow cracked. They used to offer free warranty replacement on these, but no more. So I pulled down a new one off the shelf (could have used some staff help with that, but he didn't offer), tried to fill it and found the filters water faucet wasn't working. The customer service people seemed more interested in chatting with each other than in responding to this problem. I went to the front and asked for a manager, whose entire response was "Thank you for your feedback." I've been a steady customer for maybe ten years, but I will not return.

We wouldn't shop or eat anyplace else. Great prices for incredible food and such a wonderful mission. The service is always quick and the Naked Cafe is delicious. Beautiful music and always free coffee or tea!

Mom's Organic Market is like a small version of Whole Foods with a fair selection of everything. Most importantly, they have Trickling Springs organic milk and free coffee.

Top tier as always. I find everything I need to keep my family and myself healthy plus a little organic guilt free pleasures.

been a long time customer but recently the number of racial micro aggressions against people of color have increased. I had a very bad experience recently where a store employee (Teri) was insinuating that I was trying to steal a few items by not placing them on the belt, belt was full, I have been coming here for years and it’s sad to see what it has become. Also please don’t believe for a second that the CEO will look into any feedback, firstly the email on the bag doesn’t work, and all your questions will go unanswered.

I have been a long customer of this place. I had a friend just told me that she witnessed the manager was treating a cancer patient with very hostile attitude. I told her she should call the headquarters. I hope she did. This kind of behavior tells us about the company and their values. I just can’t believe anyone would treat some one with cancer no compassion or integrity. I would hope that they resolve the issue and apologized to the customers. Till then I’m not planning to go back there. I lost a family member to cancer. No one can understand how hard it is unless they went through.

I have been a dedicated customer to this location until recently. I’ve witnessed store manager unprofessional behavior toward one customer at a customer service desk . He was extremely rude, disrespectful and unkind. So I’ve called the headquarters and left a voicemail about my experience. And asked someone to call me back , as of now nobody returned my call. Obviously nobody cares of how their customers been treated in their locations so this is why their managers acting the way they do. It’s unbelievable.

I love their smoked Salmon and smoked trout. It’s very fresh and tasty. I haven’t been to their other locations but this one is definitely in the smaller side as far as their vegetables , fruit and meat section is concerned. They do have a huge section of vitamins and CBD supplements. There is a naked kitchen and juicer in the store which is decent.

Store is clean, restrooms well stocked, employees are helpful and courteous. They have a small fresh bread section and free coffee sample in the back, as well as water refill machine.Good selection of daily-free, meat-free products as well.Love that they recycle many household things. If you forget your reusable bags, there are usually paper bags you can grab near the Naked Cafe...or you can drop some off foe others.

Let's get it out of the way - this place is bougie and expensive. But even as someone on a budget, I really like Mom's. The prices could be much worse, and I think even the Amazon-owned version of Whole Foods is more expensive on average. They have nice specialty products - personally, this is not where I would do my everyday shopping. Some highlights: - Both Jenni's AND Van Leeuwen in the freezer. This is dangerous for me. - Good selection of artisan cheeses -Specialty drinks like wellness shots, juices, and Ollipop soda -Every type of weird European yogurt you could ever want -Nice frozen meals that have actual nutritional value - Gluten-free pasta -- picked up some noodles made from Lupini beans to try -Fresh artisan bread And the list goes on. I'm eager to go back and try their cafe, Naked Lunch. Overall, I'm glad I checked this place out, and will be back.
