Chris first seemed pleasant but later was unprofessional and rude. Did not turn up as scheduled. 15 mins later when we called to find out if he was on his way, he said no because he didn't have our address. Earlier he had mentioned he had our location and did not need us to give him the address. We thought he was all set to arrive on time. On the contrary he didn't even bother to call to ask for our address or had not even left his place to get here. We were waiting and he was not even in the area, he was about one and a half hour away. He couldn't have arrived timely for a fasting blood work. He wanted to reschedule for next day and said would arrive between 6:30 and 7:30 and asked to email him the address, we did email but on second thought decided to cancel his service because he proved to be unreliable. He was also rude when we called again to sort out the bookings because we already booked a great service nearby called XPSLLC. He was rude saying why are we calling again when we had already scheduled him. we told him we have booked someone else to that he said why are we talking to him he doesn't want to come all the way to our place when we have someone else. He never responded to our numerous calls and emails to confirm he got our cancellation so that he didn't show up but he never had the courtesy to respond to our calls and emails. Highly unprofessional Mr. Chris!!!

Very fast. Great customer service. Had a few issues with bloodwork and tech having to come back to draw more blood. 2nd time I’ve experienced an issue.

These folks are phenomenal!!! Cris did a great job scheduling our appointment and he showed up on time! He made my daughter feel very comfortable and he did the blood-draw in no time at all. We really appreciate his skill and professionalism. I highly recommend!Cris always does a great job with our daughter. He is very patient and kind and understanding. We really appreciate his help each time. Even with short notice, he always arrives promptly and is so nice. Thank you, Cris!

When it comes to needles I have always had a fear, but these folks made me feel like I was never getting my blood drawn. I would say the best experience I’ve had in a VERY long time. The gentleman who drew my blood was fantastic, very friendly! They are professional and their customer service is great. I cannot complain! I will for sure be using their services again.

Stat Lab did an Amazing job processing my Kit from Genova Lab. After four attempts with two company, I finally find someone that has the experience processing and shipped my expensive Lab kit and arrived overnight in the lab with my NUTREVAL - GENOVA KIT. My son and my wife has the same experience with their lab shipping to different lab for Lyme testing. We will be using Stat Lab in our corporate summer health fair event.

This phlebotomist mishandled my blood samples. Twice.The first time, they didn’t get it to FedEx on time, rendering the sample – which required 24-48 hour delivery– no longer viable. The testing lab received the sample eight days after the blood draw. Phlebotomist blamed FedEx.Not having the tracking ticket, I gave them the benefit of the doubt.Second time, I kept and followed the tracking closely. They did not deliver sample to FedEx until 35 hours after the collection, again making delivery to the lab in CA later than the 24-48 hour requirement. They then lied to me about it repeatedly both on the phone and in writing and, again, blamed FedEx.In my experience, this phlebotomist did not maintain high ethical standards, leading me to doubt that the sample she sent to the lab had been collected and processed in a professional and ethical manner. I cancelled the test and had it redone at my own expense.StatLab delayed my diagnosis and interrupted my health care as well as costing me time and energy at a time when I am unwell and limited by illness.

After trying 3 times in labcorp without success , I googled in google and found the home blood draw services, Chris does amazing job for my son, he came early in the morning while my son was sleeping, he did not even notice that the blood was drawn ..

I rarely write review but Cris Digamo at Mobile Blood Draw Services in Dc went above and beyond. Needed a home blood test with fast results - he scheduled for the next morning and despite some complications beyond his control- delivered as promised. He was patient and responsive to me- keeping me informed on progress- really top notch service
