I love coming back to this nail salon! I always leave happy with what I paid for. The overall service here is excellent and the receptionist Kate was very friendly and helpful during my appointment.

I have been seeing Kim for a long time here. She is my go to nail tech. She’s absolutely AMAZING and does my nails exactly how I want. Her skills are incredible and she’s also the nicest person you’ll ever meet. Ask for her anytime you go!!

I used to go there two years ago then I stopped because of their bad service and bad work then I decide to go back again maybe the change and nothing change the lady she was so aggressive so annoying and Work is not what we expect. I asked her for hot pink For both hands and toes it end up hands, hot pink and toes real orange. I did the gel on my hand and this is the 9th days only and look at the pictures and see what happened to my nails? NEVER AGAIN . Save ur time and money and go somewhere else. Oh the lady name is Doung. I went to my vacation very disappointed from the work and from my nails.
I had to pay to the lady at the spa (outside the USA) to fix one of the nails in the 2nd day.

I would go ANYWHERE else, save your time and your money. I had the most rude nail tech, her name was Kim. She started by accidentally using the wrong color polish and after i mentioned not being sure about it being correct she continued painting and said “no no its cute” and I ended up showing her that it was in fact not the color i had chosen and she got upset and said “what do you want me to do now just paint over the other color”. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable and at that point i just wanted to leave. I said I no longer wanted her to paint my nails and she continued to push me saying “ i thought you liked this color” I would have been fine waiting to have her correct the mistake but I’m not fine with being treated terribly and still being charged over 100 dollars. I’m sure not every tech there is like this but make sure to ask for someone else if you want a pleasant experience.

I rarely get manicures or pedicures (this is only my second time), but a friend recommended this place since I'm on vacation. I'm glad I went. The hostess was very nice and welcoming, and the technician made me feel comfortable. She was very sweet, and we had a great conversation. The whole experience was so relaxing. I give this place a 10/10 and will definitely return when I visit again.

It is CRAZY how horrible my service was. I came for the tips and dipping powder removal + cut-off manicure with basic natural nail polish. So she soaked off my nails in acetone for about 40 minutes, removed dipping powder, then without washing my hands after acetone, she put coconut oil on my hands and started rubbing it into my hands. Then she finally asked me to go wash hands and when I came back, I noticed that she is already with another customer and doing a pedicure ("I was like: WTF?" but I politely asked if she will finish my manicure and she answered that we are done but she can file round corners) which she DID, but as you see on the photos it wasn't done at all (I don't even talk about cuticle and the nail polish that I ask for. I didn't ask the name of the master, but I will never come back there for sure, so doesn't even matter. I am so disappointed.

I typically am serviced by Kim who is the absolute best! The staff are friendly, pleasant, and very accommodating as well. They also offer tea and or wine ?
Very good energy/atmosphere. I would highly recommend this salon.

This place can be great, but completely based on your nail tech. Today the nail tech left acetone on my nails for over 50mins until it burnt. She seemed very prioritized with other customers getting up every 2 minutes. More importantly when I said it burnt she left so I took the decision and tore of the aluminum foil and my fingers were red. After an hour my fingers are less red but now brown and very dry like a chemical burn. I hope she pays more attention.

Beware of the tech. Too bad I didn’t catch her name. As a dermatology and internal medicine nurse, had a Dr. look at my nails. Def got an acetone chemical burn on all 10 of my fingers from this place. Got dermatitis and a chemical burn for her soaking my fingers too long in too much acetone. Will probably get blisters and black skin. Beware!!! 1 visit will probably take weeks to 3 months to heal my fingers !

I took my mom to get her nails done and they very super and nice and friendly! Specially the girl in the front desk I think her name was Maha, she was amazing and super sweet. Definitely recommend!

I wanted to get a quick manicure for a dinner gathering I had to go to and called in advance to make an appointment for a manicure. My appointment was for 5:15 and when I got there they told me they are running 10-15 minutes late and the lady in the front asked if I just wanted to get a color change and shape the nails and I told her no I want the cuticles cleaned and I want a manicure. I told her I can wait the 10-15 minutes even though I am in a bit of a hurry. When I sat to get my nails done it was 5:40. Diana did my nails and she did a rushed and quick job. She didn’t even take the time to shape my nails nicely and my cuticles looked the same, I did ask her to correct the shape of one nail but I realized she didn’t really care to do it well and let it be because I am not a confrontational person and I already felt uncomfortable. I understand the business is busy but I am paying to get my nails done and expect a good job, if I didn’t care how they looked, I would’ve done them myself. She painted the nails and there was a bubble on one of the nails but at this point I was running so late and I still had to sit to dry my nails so I let it go. She had me sit me under the fan dryer by the door, and those fans was so disgustingly dirty and dusty and there was only one that worked to actually blow out air well enough to dry the nails, the rest were barely blowing much air. Overall, I was disappointed that I spent $24+$3 tip for a terrible manicure and service. (I only tipped because I feel like now a days we are almost expected to tip everywhere even for bad service). I can’t say if the experience with the other nail techs are better but my experience was terrible.

Anna is the best nail technician she can recreate any design and is super detail oriented. She will go above and beyond to make sure you love your nails. The salon is very clean and organized as well. Best experience ❤️

Had the misfortune of visiting MINt for a pedi plus massage. Also paid for the warm neck wrap. My mother, sister and I were just looking to enjoy a nice foot:calf massage and the warm neck wrap. My tech Tina kept making small talk instead of allowing me to relax in the chair and enjoy the damn neck wrap. Had to keep sitting up to understand the small talk she was making to throw in the importance of a big tip for a prosperous year ahead (it was the day before the new lunar year) She continued chatting about related festivities and customs. I assured her that she would be tipped well as I had every intention of paying 20% tip. But when I asked for a deeper calf. massage she pointed across the street and said this is a pedicure service, that is the massage place across the street. From that point onwards the three techs continued talking and giggling with each other with little to no attention to the service. My sister, mother and I were literally counting minutes to walk out of there. Awful experience. As a result. I only tipped them 10%, didn't want to completely ruin the new lunar year vibe for them. Very disappointed. Not going back again. Ever.
