I called the store on Sunday February 11th trying to upgrade my phone at the location.So I asked if she can help me upgrading my device and she said she cannot so I asked if she can let me talk to her supervisor to get my device upgraded she said no nobody can help you and she straight up hang up on face.It was a lady and I think she have the worst customer service I ever experienced.I think a one star is too much for her.

The young lady that helped me was absolutely amazing in helping me get my new phone set up. She was so patient with me. Her and the young man working with her were both so nice and kind. I needed a new phone because mine was broken and I was nervous about switching from an android to an iPhone. I’ve been an android user since smart phones hit the market.She helped me understand the difference of the two phones. I can not express enough how great of an experience it was. I have been with metro since they first opened and that location is by far the best location I have ever been to. All of the locations,the customer service is HORRIBLE

Best service ever. I was wrongfully disconnected by a member of the plan and KATHERINE successfully restored my number as I use this number for business and work. BEST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED TREATED LIKE HIGH PRIORITY. WOW METRO BY T-MOBILE. Have her train your entire east coast. Thank you, Katherine!!!! Eres la mejor!

It’s a really great store, Sofia is very nice and extremely helpful. Best T-Mobile store in this area. I port my mobile to new upgraded iPhone 11. She is really friendly and Super helpful. She gave me lot of gifts.

Sorry employees I arrived before they did to open the store at 10:00 am the manager and employees arrived after open time. This is bad customer service. They need to be on time.

I upgraded my phone device and new device was a cheap samsung 5G Device but was not catching up signals at location where I lived in, While my other phones were working fine. I went to store to replace / return it but they said they can not exchange an upgraded phone. Complete waste of money I paid $227.00. So I need to trash it. You get a faulty phone and thats it , no return or exchange?. No morality left in business practices. feeling being cheated!

Rude, rude, rude. Both the female AND male working together at this location (11/27/20) are tragically unprofessional. Whenever I experience cantankerous employees yet see great reviews for them, I always know the five-star reviews are FAKE. Wish I had gotten the female employee's name to write corporate. With her horrible customer service skills she'll self-destruct anyway.Oh, and good luck entering & exiting the dangerous store location. Even better luck when you try to get a parking space in that tiny, raggedy "shopping center." A complete joke.

I just had the worst experience with phone company carrier with metro pcs I purchased two phones at the same time from metro about a year and a half ago one phone broke so I try to switch one phone plan to the other phone witch was still brand new I go to the store A metro store With Metro personnel inside to see if they can help I sat there for an hour and a half for nothing I guess all you can do is buy phones out of MetroPCS if you need help Google it don’t waste your time or break your phone and go buy another one because they will not help you out at all they will give you advice to go online and fix your own problem with the phone they sold you???Plus I was in the store by myself and to other women came in they just push me aside and started helping the other women out like I was no concern to them poor customer service if there was a zero stars I would rate them zero stars so if you’re thinking about switching to metro go to a different branch don’t go to the one in Fairfax trust me
