“Absolutely a pleasent visit at this store! The selection is more than I imagined and the staff was super helpful. As guy coming from Europe who has never really worn a quality pair of boots, but always wanted one, they could have sold me basically anything. Even so, no one was pushy and everyone took their time to find a pair that was my liking an fitted good. Definately going back for pair of jeans and maybe even a hat.”

Was very well-versed in the shoes and was super helpful at helping me compare the two versions. I'm so tempted to buy them but yeah! Great customer service and patience with me thanks Jeff! Left foot is low style. Right is mid style. I like feel of the lows better.”

“I needed new shoes and I went to foot locker cause I went to nike,addidas, and puma but none had a shoe I liked. Thinking I was picky I went to foot locker to check it out and I saw these air forces and I was like WOW!, I checked the price and i was like WHAT? ONLY 90 bucks so I bought them they fit just right. I really recommend foot locker no other store had good shoes at low prices.”
“I've been coming to this Macy's for years now. However, If you were to ask me what side of the mall it is located, I'd have no idea! I just google map my way here. There is a parking garage conveniently located at one entrance (maybe more...) of the store.
This store has changed a lot compared to 10..20 years ago. There are fewer customer service desks on each level, making it harder to find someone to ask questions to or just to check out. There are some employees on the floor putting clothes away, but are still hard to find.
They still carry the same variety of items ranging from perfume/cologne, clothes, shoes, luggage, etc. I personally found it hard to find what I was looking for, but that could also be because I haven't been there in a while.”

“The staff at this store were very friendly and welcoming. I had a return and ended up leaving with more items than returning. I was assisted by Sheyla and Vrisheeka. Sheyla knew exactly what jeans would fit me and styles I needed. Her customer service was beyond my expectations as well as Vrisheeka at the register. I had a birthday coupon and I didn't know until she asked me if I would like to use it on my purchase. She was so kind and patient at the register. I will definitely be returning to this location.”
“Initially I was intimated to go the store as I thought everything might be above my budget but then store representative helped me out in finding a suit jacket based on my requirement in less than 50 USD. Currently, Pac Sun features an F1 (Formula One) collaboration line that includes active menswear. The store had a nice small selection of footwear locsted in the rear. The staff was friendly.”
