Many times when you go to a mattress store, the store salespeople try to sell you the highest priced merchandise even if it’s not the best thing for you, but we absolutely did not feel that way or receive that kind of care from this store. My husband and I were assisted today by Kashif. He was incredibly patient, professional, and truly made sure we left with the mattress we needed. We even used the Mattress Warehouse bedmatch technology in the store, which I thought was really cool and innovative! That allowed us both to get a personalized report on what mattresses the technology recommends for us. We’re thankful to Kashif for his kindness, customer service, and all his help in helping us make our purchase today!

This location is great! Super easy to work with, wide selection, and Natalia was really helpful. She was knowledgeable and helped us find what we needed quickly. Would definitely recommend to others and would absolutely shop here again.

Kashif and the other staff members that I spoke to were very knowledgeable and helpful. Worked with me within my budget and gave me a good deal. Didn't try to force anything on me that I didn't want and even waived the delivery fee.

Came to the fairfax location one evening randomly to see what they have and maybe purchase a kind mattress and I met Natalia. She was very nice and knowledgeable. She took great care of me and I’m so excited to use our new mattress. Thank you Natalia for the great service.

I met Natalia at the store. I realized that I bought the wrong mattress several weeks ago. She advised me that I was within the timeframe to get a Comfort Exchange. Yay! She had me do the Mattress Match test, which I didn't do previously. We found a better mattress for me and I am so glad that I went back and got great help from Natalia!

I have been sleeping on a blowup bed for the past few months and was looking for a mattress that fits my back issue. Daniel was the sales associate that helped me, and he was really knowledgeable. He walked me through the Bed Match Technology, and explained to me the process along with my recommended mattress. I tried many mattresses, and he was extremely patient with me until I found the perfect fit. He also explained to me the different technologies of the mattresses and addressed my concerns of my lower back. During checkout, the process was also extremely easy and quick. Overall, I had such a good experience and feel that this place truly cares about you as a customer. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a mattress and ask for Daniel. Great customer service!

Walked in to upgrade to a Queen size mattress and was immediately met by Derek and Daniel who helped me pick out the perfect mattress for me. They also provided me some awesome discounts that weren’t advertised. If you need help picking a mattress or want the process to be as simple as possible, this is the place to go!
