We had a wonderful experience with Patrick today purchasing two mattresses, one for our master bedroom and one for our guest room. He was extremely informative and knowledgeable as well as patient and not pushy at all. I felt no need to explore other stores or options prior to purchasing. Completely comfortable with my decision.

Patrick helped match me to a bed and set of pillows using Bedmatch to find my optimal comfort level. He was very knowledgeable and informative while explaining the process to me. We were able to test by lying down on various mattresses that the computer said would fit me best, as well as a variety of pillows until I found the one that worked best for me. I've had it for about a week now and have never slept better. There isn't a price you can place on the quality of sleep I've gained. I highly recommend Patrick for his knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism. Thank you again.

Can't tell you how bad they fulfil orders when they've had to reschedule on me twice saying that inventory stock is out again. I needed the mattress to move in but they've made it so difficult to. Will not be going with Mattress Warehouse again.

Immediately after entering the store, Yassin finished with another customer and rushed over to help me. He displayed constant professionalism and showed me a wide range of mattresses before letting me make the choice myself.I didn’t purchase the first day however and when I came back several days later, he again immediately rushed over to help me and even remembered my name. I couldn’t recommend Yassin and his expertise highly enough!

Purchased a queen mattress today with assistance from Yassin and had a great experience. No pressure or corny sales tactics. He listened to what we were looking for, offered advice on what he thought would be best for us, showed us numerous models and brands, and worked with us on price for the mattress we finally chose. Patrick was excellent during our visit. He was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly to help us find the best mattress that would work for us. He also accommodated us even if we came last minute but we didn't feel rushed or pressured and also gave us a really good deal :) I recommend going to this branch for your mattress needs.
