I had a great experience working with Mark and the entire team at Fairway. As a first time homebuyer in a competitive market, the learning curve is steep, but Mark shepherded us through the entire process. With Mark’s help we were able to put together a solid offer and closed in 16 days, including inspection and appraisal. Our realtor was shocked we he told them we could be be done in as few as 8. We had an incredibly positive experience and would be happy to work with Mark and Fairway again.

Mark did a fantastic job from the beginning of the loan process through the closing. The loan product used was slightly complex but Mark took the time to explain things clearly and completely. I highly recommend Mark.
