Marc, and Nathan, at Guaranteed Rate were great. Clear communication. Ready to explain anything that I did not understand. They prepared my pre-authorization package, and always quickly prepared the letters I needed when I submitted offers on houses (yes, multiple houses, because of this market). They were timely, informed, professional, and compassionate. I also appreciated the clear presentation of information that they provide - you know exactly what your rate and associated closing costs will be. I would definitely recommend Marc to anyone.
