“I sell on eBay and this is the best delivery office (UPS USPS, FedEx) I have worked with. Rian and Matthew are always helpful and friendly. I also used printing at this office and it was easy and the price was right. Unfortunately, this office is far from my warehouse, so I cannot use it all the time. “The level of customer service I received today while in your Route 29 store was unparalleled. Matty was amazing both at helping me mail my package while simultaneously helping other customers and the UPS delivery man.
Mine was a challenging task, to be sure, as it’s not everyday someone sends a large box to Kyrgyzstan. Matty was patient, personable, resourceful, and thorough in doing his best to help insure my package reaches my daughter, who is living in a more rural area while serving in the Peace Corps.
