Jamara, is a well trained and knowledgeable make up artist. She shared some great techniques and recommendations on how to correct my concerns. She even went the extra mile to hand write the instructions I needed for the order on what product to put on first, and so forth. She’s super sweet and professional. Andrea was also a great help!! ?All I can say is that, I was so excited after leaving, now knowing that my make up will now be on point! ? Please go check out your girls Jamara and Andrea!!!!❤️❤️❤️

I was a little insecure when walking in, but I received top tier service from Alayah (I think that how I spell her name.). She was extremely helpful and friendly; the insecurity I felt disappeared! I loved how she matched my skin tone with the products. I would highly recommend!

Dina was rude and disrespectful! She treats me very badly!!!!!
I entered the store and started using a new mascara before buying it. She came and screamed at my face twice, even though I told her that I didn't know.
She didn't even take the time to apologize for how she treated me. And I wasn't the only one. However, I saw her dealing with another customer in the same manner.
Fortunately, I dealt with another nice lady who apologized to me even if it was not on her side.
I asked about her name, and she heard me and dropped a piece of paper with her name on it.
She let me feel that my review wouldn't affect her with the product I bought.
To my surprise, on the Google review, more than 70% were bad reviews about this manager. Regardless of whether she is the manager or not,
I think Mac should recognize that this manager is rude to people who are coming to spend their own money.

Hello, I am a frequent MAC customer and buyer. I am HIGHLY disappointed in the customer service. Customer service starts at the supervisor and the manager/supervisor DINA (bright red hair) is so nasty and RUDE!!!!! To have all these reviews about one person and do nothing is terrible. I now drive the extra few minutes to go to pentagon because I don’t want to deal with the manager. Please make changes!

Customer service....
Deena was incredibly rude and condescending. I witness her be rude to the other MAC employees as well as customers. She was extremely rude to me. I love this Mac store, but Deena's behavior made me take my business elsewhere.

This the best Mac Store. Go see Andrea! She is AWESOME! She took the time to match my skin tone and she helped me pick out the perfect shade of lipstick! It really does make all the difference to have a professional make recommendations and who genuinely wants to help you look your best and makes the whole experience fun!

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent visit to your store today. I believe it is essential to address this matter to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.While in the store, I encountered a situation where a staff member, identified as Dina or Dana displayed disrespectful behavior towards me. And force me to get out of store cause I request refund for product I purchased a day ago .I want to emphasize that such behavior is unacceptable and goes against the standard of customer service I expect from your establishment. I believe that fostering a respectful and welcoming environment is crucial for the success of any business.I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate actions to address the issue. Additionally, I requested some manager from that store reach out to me to address issue.

I used to love this store, but now not so much. The store supervisor is a very nasty person. She has a very nasty attitude. I entered the store, trying to purchase some things and looking for someone to do my make up and overheard the manager speaking negatively about a former associate their whom had assisted me the my last visit I had met before she was very sweet. and started making very nasty and derogatory comments about the young lady home. And appearance calling her names discussing how she beat people up and she fights and how everybody scared of her it was just crazy. I then interfered an Informed them they should not do those things. Isn’t very a nice I informed her that she should act more like a Supervisor and not like a friend she then started to give me attitudes nasty and rude looks and started sayin disrespectful things about me under her breath I felt very uncomfortable. If this is somebody that you guys would like to run your store I suggest you guys look for another supervisor or manager for this property because it won’t last and she will probably get her feelings hurt thanks but no thanks from a loyal customer for over seven years I will never purchased another Mac item from your store ever again I do make up in professional make up and you’re still with always very reliable, but this Dana Manager, the supervisor lady never again I would never spend another dollar trash Dana Dana Dana I will be reaching out to corporate office

Mac, you need to pay attention to the customer service being provided at this store and train your staff accordingly. Your staff at this store (Fair Oak's mall) is extremely rude and unprofessional. They should know that they are getting paid to serve their customers and should follow the basic etiquettes. The staff on duty on Black Friday morning (11/24/2023 8 am) treated us as if she is doing any favor answering our questions. I hope you read this feedback and take this matter seriously.To all other readers, I would strongly recommend staying away from this particular store, Sephora which is few steps away from this store is far better in terms of their customer service.

I generally order online to ship home, I decided to do a pickup in store instead. They give no information on how long orders placed online be expected to be available for pickup. Not even an estimate. I don’t understand why the products needed can’t be processed same day if placed before 5pm? What’s the point of buy online and pickup in store when we have to wait 48 hours or more for it to process? I rather just go to the store and buy it in person. I believe their buy online and pickup in store isn’t modeled well. Cvs and target are much busier and have orders ready within 1-2 hours of being placed sometimes same day. It’s high time MAC starts adapting to providing better customer service. I am disappointed in their services.

I wonder to know Mac needs profit from this store!!!!????First of all for one hour I was waiting to open the door at 2:48 pm seriously it’s your operation hours???Second she opened door with so many attitudes it seems someone forced her to stay there. She was rush to kick me out. That’s not nice and as long as this store doesn’t prove customer service I won’t back.

My wife is a good customer of Mac for long time. But today July 9/2023 the manager of this store she had a bad attitude and argued for nothing, and she didn’t let the other employees to help my wife. she told me that she is the owner of this store and asked me to get out, and leave the store. I am writing this review, because with such employees, this story will lose a lot of customers.

Today, I had an unpleasant experience while shopping for a replacement eyeliner. The store manager (I found it out later) was unhelpful and rude, which left me feeling hurt and I have a feeling that I have been treated unfairly.Despite my difficulty hearing her instructions, she insisted that I find the product on my own, and she mentioned that this is a self-service store. After several attempts to seek assistance, she finally located the item for me but seemed unhappy about it.When I asked for help with face powder, she gave me a product and then yelled at me for contaminating it when I applied it. Despite my apologies and attempts to rectify the situation, she continued to yell at me in front of other customers. To make matters worse, the manager refused to assist me when I attempted to purchase the eyeliner and even demanded that I leave the store. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it.There were additional painful experiences, but I will only be detailing two incidents.The incident was very upsetting, and I left the store as soon as possible to avoid any further harassment. The incident occurred on July 2nd, 2023, at 2:35 p.m.
