We hired M3 last summer to renovate our 3 full bathrooms and a powder room. They did an excellent job. We reconfigured and redesigned the main bathroom. Al was our consultant and he provided great suggestions and recommendations. We are very happy with the outcome of the bathrooms. Everything looks beautiful. M3 provided quality work. We also ended up getting M3 to replace the backsplash in the kitchen. That project turned out beautiful as well. Definitely recommend M3 for your home reno needs!

We heard about M3 from a neighbor who had seen one of their jobs and we contacted Mike and the first time he came by he spent three hours with us explaining the entire process. He was very helpful in guiding us to the right vendors and making the correct decisions regarding the remodeling of our kitchen. Mike was always available for any questions and supportive as we worked our way through the process. When construction began, Kevin and Javier were terrific to work with. They were easy-going, patient, and very skilled. They were not content with doing a good job, but wanted to make sure everything was exactly perfect. Their typical response to any questions or concerns we had was "whatever you like" or "whatever makes you happy". We have a very large kitchen and they were able to get the job done in a little over one month. It was nice that Kevin and Javier did pretty much all of the work, so we were not waiting for subs to show up. They made sure the worksite was cleaned up perfectly at the end of each day. I can't recommend them strongly enough, and would certainly say they were the best remodeling firm we've ever worked with.

I highly recommend M3 Renovations. I used M3 for my kitchen remodel and main level flooring. They were professional, answered my many questions and stayed on budget. I did not use M3 Renovations, LLC, but had Mike Moniz come by and provide an estimate. He was responsive, professional and very knowledgeable. His price was higher than another contractor who was highlighly recommended, so I went with them. Perhaps in the future, I'll work with Mike.

We hired M3 Renovations to remodel a bathroom. We replaced the floor, paint, mirror, light, exhaust fan, vanity/sink and corner shower. They did a great job with eventing. Al was super friendly, knew his trade and kept us up to date with the progress. The work took 4 and a half days.We highly recommend them and will be having them back for future projects.Service: Remodeling

I highly recommend M3 Renovations for any home renovation project. I recently had both my kitchen and a bathroom renovated. Mike is very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He explained the process to me very well. Mike was always available via phone if I had an immediate question or via email if it was one which could wait.As others have stated, Mike provided several excellent recommendations for features I had not considered. I agreed with them and could not be happier with how things turned out.He provided me with a list of several recommended vendors for various items I needed to get. He also pointed out when I could just go to the box store and save a few dollars.His team members Kevin and Javier were great to work with. I am working a hybrid schedule these days, in office and out of office. On the days I was home I met briefly with Kevin each morning. He explained what they were going to accomplish each day. He also let me know the expected noise level in case I had any work calls. I have a small house so this was greatly appreciated.The process for my tiny bathroom was just as smooth.I highly recommend the team at M3. If I have any future projects I will be sure to give Mike a call!

Look no further than M3 Renovations. Everything from top to bottom is taken care of in a professional manner. The workmanship is top notch and the crews are polite, professional and really know what they are doing. I've had all 3 of my bathrooms remodeled by them and I'm so glad I did. The workers care about the end product and the customers' overall satisfaction. Many other houses in my neighborhood have used them to remodel their kitchen and bathrooms with the same great results. If I could give this company more stars I would. Mike and Al make it so easy to for the homeowner to address concerns and answer all of your questions in detail. Whenever I had a question I always received a quick response time and a thorough response from Al, who was the overseer of all 3 of my bathroom renovations.

Mike, Kevin and Javier completed a recent kitchen remodel for us and we couldn't be happier with their work! Mike and his team don't cut corners and the same crew showed up every day until our project was done. Throughout the project, Mike gave us some good ideas based on other project his team had done and most were things we ended up implementing - it was a true partnership. No project is without surprises especially when you own an older home like we do. Ours was an original load bearing wall that needed an additional support when we wanted to open it up. Mike and his team were quick to come up with and implement the correct solution and kept our project on track. Great work by M3 and I would definitely recommend hiring them for your kitchen project.

Mike and his team at M3 performed a partial remodel of our kitchen/dining room in our home (built in 1972). We had a walk knocked down to open up the space, as well as replaced flooring, lighting, painting, backsplash replacement, appliance install. The team did an amazing job incorporating our current kitchen layout and cabinetry into an updated modern space with an open floor plan. The remodel team had great attention to detail from painting to tile installation. We would definitely hire M3 again due to the quality of work and ease of working with this company.Services: Tile work installation

I have hired M3 Renovations for two other large jobs and was so impressed with their work that I knew I had to hire them to install crown moulding in my home. If you are searching for exceptional, professional contractors to do work in your home, look NO further than M3 Renovations!! They are extremely efficient, loyal, honest, perfectionists that have so much respect for your home! Once they complete the job for the day, the always clean up after themselves and put their equipment out of your way until they are ready to resume work the following day. They take their time to ensure their work is perfect and to your satisfaction. I have never experienced any other home contracting company as theirs. They are absolutely top notch professionals in their field and I honestly do not trust any other contractors to do the job done right and as perfectly as they can!!Service: Remodeling

You're going to hear a lot of the same about Mike from myself and everyone else that works with him. As far as contractor and all around human being, Mike is a different breed. He's not a snake oil salesman like some Ashburn based companies, he's not a con man that's just trying to get in and out with subpar work. He's an honest and straight forward contractor with outstanding supporting staff that put the project first and foremost. I hired his team to do a bar renovation in my basement, and once the project kicked off, he stuck to his schedule +1 day due to the inclement weather we recently experienced. I've had contractors take a week off here or there because "something came up", this is not the MO of M3 renovations. The team showed up at exactly 8am everyday ready to work until the work was finished. It's the little things. If you're willing to pay for excellence while not abusing your wallet, contract with M3 and Mike.

Wanted to give another review, since going through my second renovation with M3 (bathroom, and now kitchen). I have nothing but praise for Mike and how he runs his business-always extremely responsive to my many, many questions, and committed to doing the best job. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in his work. Loved how my bathroom turned out, and now also my kitchen-he did an amazing job on both, and I'm thankful that I found him for the job. Highly, highly recommend!
