I highly recommend M3 Renovations. I used M3 for my kitchen remodel and main level flooring. They were professional, answered my many questions and stayed on budget. I did not use M3 Renovations, LLC, but had Mike Moniz come by and provide an estimate. He was responsive, professional and very knowledgeable. His price was higher than another contractor who was highlighly recommended, so I went with them. Perhaps in the future, I'll work with Mike.

Mike is terrific. We're working with him on a project at present. After meeting with dozens of contractors in the area, I can say he's one of the most knowledgeable and straight forward we've met.
