Horrible service, I've been here twice and both times the associates have been rude and uncaring. We stood waiting for an employee to help us for over 20mins before we got frustrated and left. Absolutely horrible, if I could give it 0 stars, I would've.

This lowes is always the least helpful. I tried to purchase vinyl pipe by the foot as listed on website n the guys here told me they only sell it by the reel. They can't cut it. I'll take my business elsewhere

I want to give an amazing shout out to Cynthia! I’ve been there a couple times and felt really lost. Today, I decided I had to take the plunge to get my drywall patched and painted. I asked for help and Cynthia was really helpful through the whole process. :-)Thank you Lowe's and thank you Cynthia!The only complain that I have is that the patch(Joint Compound, or Gypsum) I've found was the smallest, but still a lot for my purpose. I know that a big portion of it would be dried and wasted! It was not available in smaller portion and more appropriate.

Problems- Ordered a Gas Range and was told it was in stock. After 17 days, no delivery and 0 updates.- Called customer service #. No one answers. The machine keeps repeating the same question.

Ordered a washer and dryer. Lowes delivered but the deliverer refused to install after arrival. Left them sitting in our foyer and left. Lowes refused to do anything about it. Great customer service....I don't think so.

we bought a fridge at Lowe's of Jermantown Road in Fairfax last week. Lawrence Sadler was very professional and was great to work with. It was an amazing experience! Lawrence you are the best salesperson we have had in a long time!

Could not, for the life of me, get someone helpful to assist in appliances this morning. You have one guy in a Lowe's vest gruffly remark "I don't work here" while typing away on a computer -- and a younger guy, without a vest behind the desk, annoyed that we're around while he's talking on his phone. Happy Valentine's day to you too Lowe's.

If you know what you want and don't require any assistance Lowe's is your store. It's them or home depot which is about the same.

I dont know how Lowes manages it but I always find everything I need immediately thanks to their website listing aisle and bay locations for items saves so much time.Home depot is closer to me by a good 10 minutes or more but I've given up can never find what I need and no employees ever are available to help.It's funny because back in Texas I find it to be the exact opposite Lowes employees can't find a thing and Home depots got everything you need. Funny how that is.

If I could leave a 0 star, I would. I purchased a dishwasher and paid for installation. Upon arrival, the installer insists they can’t install unless they also repair xyz (mind you, not currently broken, leaking, or impacting the install in anyway) because it “potentially” could fail in the future. Called Lowe’s, they said there was no other Lowe’s plumbing company they could use. Either repair the unrelated and not broken item, or get a refund. I went with the refund. The ONE time I didn’t go with Home Depot… never again.

Update: after calling corporate Lowe’s to get the issue resolved, they forwarded the complaint to this store manager. I finally got a call for an associate who scheduled my fridge repair on a day I cannot get off work. So, i called them back. And guess what, no one answered. Then i tried again and was hung up on when the incompetent employee tried to put me on hold. And then i sat on hold AGAIN. The store manager never called to apologize and now, MONTHS into this saga, and my brand new fridge STILL is not fixed.I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst Lowes experience I have ever had and I have worked with Lowes in WI, NC, FL and other stores in VA. I am part of their membership and even own stock in the corporation, that’s how much I USUALLY like Lowe’s. This store is TERRIBLE. I ordered a new fridge and it showed up missing hardware and the manual;so, the fridge opens the wrong way. The delivery men said they would be in touch to bring the missing parts and fix the NEW fridge . They never followed up. I called the store multiple times and could not reach a single associate to help. So, after a month of calling, I went to the store. I scheduled a maintenance man to come and fix the new fridge. I took off work to wait for him to show up LATE and without confirming the appointment. He showed up without the hardware, manual, or tools to fix the fridge. He said he would be in touch but, surprise, he never called. This was three weeks ago. I am STILL trying to get my NEW fridge fixed. Avoid this store and go somewhere else. The staff is incompetent, they are dishonest, and they do not adhere to the Lowe’s guarantee. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I am incredibly disappointed and will never use Lowe’s again.
