For example, an elderly employee once took the time to find a measuring tape after initially appearing to ignore a request. Online pickup services are smooth and helpful, with knowledgeable staff assisting with orders. However, some items, like asphalt aluminum roof coating, may require visiting a different store if not in stock. Overall, customers value the helpful staff and convenient location of this Lowe’s.

A big store near an intersection of route 29/50 and Jermantown road in Fairfax VA. Not easy to find what I was looking for, mouse sticky pads, in the big store. But the workers there were friendly and helped me find them for me.
