Loft store is a great place to go shopping. There are very nice and helpful ladies ready to assist you!.I went to pick up my order, but when I tried it ,it was a little small,so I ordered in the store a size up and they are sending my order for free to my home, what a great service!

I like Loft, but I always have better success shopping online than coming in person. With that being said, the associates at this store are welcoming, the store itself is well organized, and the location is convenient. I wouldn't go out my way to come here, but when I'm walking around in Fairfax Corner I stop by.
