Worst hair cut by Tina. My husband and son asked for same haircut.. both were came out totally different and with different lengths..we just asked her about the difference and the lady Tina started raising her voice as she did mistake.
It is okay to do mistakes but raising your voice with mistakes, I don’t know how to react to this behavior. Off course, will never go to this location again.. Be careful, hair is the beauty….
Very disrespectful experience as a customer from staff.. specially Tina. Arrogant lady

I was in the area looking for a regular hair cut, I came here before and they do good BUT this time this crazy lady do my hair TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE her name is polin blond old lady convince me to get a haircut with her, Terrible fade when I just ask for. Really hair cut I'm a lawyer and my hair cut was looking like I was in drugs or something, PLEASE PEOPLE don't even think about it get a haircut here unless you ask for miss Le, she's the one who you can always see.

Van left! Poor and unprofessional customer treatment and service by the two sisters twice! Le herself is very nice but not there enough times as she’s aging.

Run. If you can't trust someone for a simple trim, run. All I wanted was a simple trim off the bottom so I figured I'd take a chance and check this place out. I even showed photos of my last two cuts so they could see it. I should've known something wasn't quite right when I walked in because the place was completely empty and the threes ladies there were sitting around gossiping. You'd think there'd be other customers or students working on things or so,e thing happening for a beauty school? Nope. I had freshly washed hair so I wasn't taken back for a shampoo or anything which was fine. Again, all I wanted was a trim off the bottom, but went from a few layers in the back, to looking like Alice from Dilbert. Triangle hair. How in the hell did the hairdresser manage this? I have no idea. Good thing I still have length because I've ended up wearing my hair in a ponytail everyday to hide this hideous cut until I can go get it re-done somewhere else.

I love this place. I have longer hair, just past shoulders and for full all over color was $60. They do such a great job and are completely thorough.

Van is a great lash tech! Not only does she do a great job with lashes, she never fails to give me what I want and the best service to make me feel comfortable.
