Gathered an armload for my mom and myself, was obviously searching for something, but never greeted or asked if I needed help or even a fitting room! In the 20 min I was wandering throughout the women’s half of the store, one woman at the rear computer (assume it was an employee, but who knows?) spent that time talking to a customer but not ringing anything up. Never even glanced around. No one at the front registers the entire time. So whoever was scheduled for 11:30-12:00 on 10/08/24 lost a potential first-time customer and approx $450 sale. I do NOT recommend this store.

Bait and switch. Waited two weeks for delivery, just to be told its on back order. It wasnt on back order when they took money. Now trying to hold onto funds with no product. poor customer support as well. Called they said "its getting shipped today". then to find out its on back order???

Efficient online returns process!
This store, however, has a small inventory but glad to have this storefront for online returns.

I came during the Christmas hoilday, and I had this lovely young woman and man. They sat with me on the computer helped me return my online purchases ( I had a lot) and help my pick out my winter coats for my children, it was a great experience. Until I came a couple of days ago,, during my time at the store I was being followed, employees kept rushing me, and overall I felt VERY uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I don’t know what happened, but I no longer feel comfortable coming back.

For an enhanced shopping experience featuring exceptional customer service and a wider array of choices, it's advisable to visit Rockville instead of the underwhelming Fairfax Lands End. Some associates exhibited wretched behavior, while Dana and Andrea demonstrated genuine concern for their customers. Choose Rockville for a superior experience, in selection and service!

Great store experience I found everything I wanted. 2 associates did help me by the name of Briana and Wana. They greeted me and offered to help as soon as I came in. They were both very knowledgeable and informative about the products as well. Both So nice and kind and great customer service ! No complaints Definitely will be coming back to shop they made my first time shopping in the store a good and easy experience!

Beautiful clothing, especially the winter selections! The jackets are so big and warm haha. The staff were very inviting and helpful. But the most helpful was someone who helped me pick out gifts for my cousins and her name was Ashley. Absolutely amazing taste in outfits, very kind with helping me and very patient as I was very indecisive hahaha. Just a wonderful person and I am glad she was working the day I came!

Could not stand the smell in the store. The smell is so strong it was stuck on the jacket I was wearing. Had to wash immediately.

Went in to shop for a good puffer jacket for my partner. Walked around and not a single “Hello, how can I help you?” Just a bunch of stares and looks of “I don’t want to be here don’t ask me anything”. Wanted to purchase this very nice puffer but walked out 15min later as no one offered help or assistance. Couldn’t find the right temperature puffer.

If you are a man looking for men’s clothes, don’t even bother coming here. They have no selection in store at all. Waste of time.
