This lab has an incompetent phlebotomist. She has drawn blood on more than one occasion and every time, it is terrible. She has no idea how to stop the bleeding or prevent hematoma. When I left blood was dripping down my arm This is not acceptable. I will NEVER come back to this lab.

One of the worst labcorp I have ever been . Even if I was a walk in they made me wait for 1hour and 40 minutes just to drop off specimen . This is ridiculous. And after I was the last one to call ,even after the people that came after me (again walk in ) they got me out of the building in less than 4 minutes. I didn’t go in the back , I didn’t need to do anything -just the person on the front desk needed to do her 3 min typing in my info . That’s it ! I gave 2 stars because the last woman I spoke with was nicer and thank me for being patient and apologize, but the previous 2 ladies that just gave me the crazy look when I asked why is it taking so long , and was told when someone calls you then we will take the samples. Also noticed that even if you have an appointment is still no good because people waited for that as well . Do your self a favor and go across the street in their other locations

Walked in at 1:55 for 2 pm appointment for my handicapped daughter. Check in at kiosk, then taken back within a few minutes. And nurse was professional and kind. No issues.

I came 20 minutes early and i was punished. I have to wait even as in pictures no body. Every one came after me finished and I'm still waiting. Bad service. Technician are talking together in the room leaving patients wait.

All 3 of these stars go to the woman who drew my 1yr olds blood. She was quick and efficient despite his inevitable screaming and unhappiness. We only waited a few minutes after our appointment time which was also a plus. They lose stars because I needed to change my baby’s diaper when we arrived we and NONE of the bathrooms I was directed to had a changing table. They offer pediatric services but have nowhere to change an infant!? I had to go back out to the car to do it and missed getting called. I also didn’t like the attitude of the woman behind the desk when I asked where I could change him. Ridiculous.

Worst wait times I’ve experienced in decades of going to medical appointments. They showed a genuine disinterest in how slow they were going to get people in.

Simple process aren’t simple, such as drop offs, you have to wait to drop off a specimen they already did the paperwork for as they send the order. Waited for 30 minutes. Then the paper work is lost, Instead they sit and complain about how they don’t want to work and tell you they can’t accept the order they sent out.

Made a same day appointment and was in and out in under 5 minutes. The blood draw was painless and the staff were incredibly kind.

I have been getting my blood drawn in my doctor’s office so many times, and never got bruised. My experience in labcorp with brown curly haired lady was terrible. It’s painful and bruised . Would not recommend. Please go somewhere else if you want to receive professional service!

This is the second time I’ve been to this location where workers haven’t shown up in the morning causing more than an hour wait just to get blood drawn. Go elsewhere.
