There were no shopping carts available. I searched all over the first floor. When I got up to the second floor, I noticed a few behind the stockroom door. I reached in and grabbed one. They used the shopping cart for stocking the shelves. Hopefully they run out of stock soon so people can use the shopping cart to shop.

My visit to Kohl's left much to be desired. While the store boasted a wide range of men's clothing options, the quality and variety were lacking. The items on display seemed outdated, and the overall organization made it challenging to find what I was looking for. Despite spending a considerable amount of time browsing, I left without making a purchase. Kohl's needs to refresh its inventory and cater to modern tastes to remain competitive in today's market.

Very clean, and easy access. However not enough variety, particularly in women's clothing. Also, the clothing was disorganized. The hangers did not indicate what size they were hanging on. You had size 16 used to hang extra small, etc. This was true throughout the entire store, and was not an isolated incident. They were also not enough sales people to offer assistance. I ended up leaving without finding what I was looking for.

I recently enjoyed my visit shopping at my local Kohl's. My cashier was friendly and efficient, my merchandise was easy to find in sufficient quantity, the store provided a neat/inviting atmosphere, and I saved some money by using my Kohl's credit card and a coupon.

Although I couldn't find exactly what I wanted, I did make a purchase. The checkout line was long but moved quickly. I like to shop at Kohl's as the staff is friendly and professional.

When checking out, the cashier asked if I wanted to register for Kohl's credit card, I said " No, Thank you, not today", the conversation should have just stopped there. She said to me : " You don't work that's why you can't register for the card." I don't what kind of service attitude was that. Or what kind of commission that she wanted that bad to the point that she had to act like that towards the customer. It was a simple transaction, checking out and paying for the items. But this person didn't just let things happen pleasantly, I guess. Unimaginable!!!

If you want cheaply made clothes and zero to no customer service then come to Kohls' in the Fair Lakes area. I mainly used to come here to do Amazon returns but the last few times I've come here; there were no assistant to be found at the Amazon Returns booth. A few times I had to search around the second floor for an employee for assistance. And when they do assist you; they are usually rude and make it seem like YOU'RE the one inconveniencing them. It's a hassle to trek up to the second floor to the Amazon returns area too. I would suggest for Amazon returns; go to UPS and Whole Foods which are in the same shopping center!

Employee offered to carry my bag with returning items upstairs to customer service- elevator was not working. I am 77 yrs old and greatly appreciated this kind deed! Also great sales prices right now!
