My husband and I started using this practice years ago when it was headed by Jack Armstrong. We had just started a consulting group after my husband retired. I was tasked with the bookkeeping, which was ironic (and scary) because I could barely balance my checkbook. Jack was incredibly patient and walked me through every step. Multiple times. His daughter Susan joined him, and continues there to this day. She mentored Gina Kiwall, who now runs the business. My husband was unable to use their services for several years before his death in 2019. Susan has kept me honest all this time and does my annual taxes. I wish I had something more exciting for her. I've recommended the firm and everyone is very happy with their work.
