My friend and I went in to just browse yesterday, we met Sophia and we ended up buying rings for ourselves at the color bar! She was so sweet and personable, I will be back to see her soon!

Purchased some personalized gold bracelets for graduation gifts! The two ladies working today were soooo lovely, attentive and helpful! They really helped me find the perfect gift! I got another graduation I need to attend, so I will be returning to the store to get another piece! :)

I went in today to exchange a gift that was purchased on Black Friday. The manager told me 1) Black Friday was two months ago - it wasn’t, it was just last month, and 2) I couldn’t return or exchange the item because I am out of the 30 day return window. I purchased on 11/24 as a Christmas gift, today is 12/27, two days after Christmas. The Kendra Scott website says that the return window for purchases from 11/1/23-1/1/24 is until 1/31/24. The manager at the Mosaic store was completely unaware of this holiday return window, and also unaware that December comes right after November. Go to a different location instead. I went to Tyson’s.

Wanted a cute accent ring and they definitely delivered. I was disappointed I had to order but they were so helpful and did the placement of the order for me. Great customer service and I ended up finding some cute earrings as well.

So I placed an order with Kendra Scott for a Christmas gift for my wife. I immediately realized that the order had defaulted to my wife as the addressee and contacted Kendra Scott 6 minutes after placing the order. They said that they were unable to change the name on the order, but that I could cancel the order on the website. I was unable to cancel the order and asked customer support to cancel it. Four hours later, I received a message stating that it was too late to cancel. Today, November 29, my wife opened her Christmas gift. I will never again shop Kendra Scott.

Natalie and Janeé are a POWERHOUSE DUO! I came in stressed and needing a pair of earrings for a wedding and showed them my dress. They had the perfect pair for me (paired a color stone and all) within 15 minutes while we had lovely conversation getting to know each other. Will def be back with this level of customer service, great job ladies ????

UPDATE:The store manager contacted me to resolve this issue and offered that she could make the proper discount adjustment without me returning to the store in-person. I felt this was very professional and shows she is sincere about ensuring customers have a good experience.Original review:They said they’d give me 15% off when I asked for a discount then it took $4.89 off an $80 item and a negligible amount off of other $75 items. Didn’t notice until I left and when I called back Sarah who was the associate I worked with said it’s only 15% off one item. I would have saved more money by shopping online. Her response when I said it’s disingenuous to say 15% and then only apply it to one item was oh well we’re sorry about that. How helpful. Wouldn’t recommend — go to Tyson’s instead.

First time in the store and there's so much fun jewelry to explore!! Many classic and new designs to choose from. The prices were reasonable for the quality. Bought items for myself. Amanda was fantastic and very helpful. Definitely coming back for gifts.
